A giant monster movie should allow the monsters to be the central attraction of the movie and not two Asian versions of Keanu Reeves, one the good guy and the other the alien bad guy, duking it out. Let me go on record here and say that I think Ryuhei Kitamura, in GFW, created an action movie with Godzilla and other giant monsters in it. He did not IMO create a "Godzilla" movie.
