Well, the first BCS standings of the season have been released, and to no ones surprise, Florida and Alabama are leading the BCS standings at #1 and #2 respectively. These two teams are headed for a showdown in the SEC Championship. The thing is, if these two teams stay undefeated heading into that game, (which they should) the winner of that game will be in the BCS Championship, while either #3 Texas, #4 Boise State, could somehow slide into that game also. (i'd personally love to see either Texas or even Boise State get in there somehow... especially Boise State, just to show the pollsters that they may belong in there) Boise State certainly looks like it will be there at the end of the year to contend for a BCS game.
