That's a good question. If I'm not mistaken you first need a (video) hosting service-you upload your video to this hosting service(like Megaupload or Ripway?) and then post the (host's) URL. Sound right? If it doesn't I can always ask an Invisionfree tech support person via the "support ticket" function of this website's admin cp. :)
