Here's some fairly recent pics of the Joker from THE DARK KNIGHT: Obviously the Joker is obscured in this pic but from what I can see he looks pretty sick. I like it!  This is a pic of the Joker wearing a mask. I'm not sure if he is in the foreground or if he's the blurry figure in the background. Either way, I believe this is before he actually becomes the Joker:
