Galactus as a tall, armored humanoid eating planets is a bit far-fetched.  If he is a large cloud I'm cool with it.  Certain things that work in comic books don't translate well to film.  A humanoid Galactus is one of those things.

I can accept your statement regarding Galactus as a purple cloud...provided the rest of the "FF 2" film is good. From the trailers I've seen I'll probably like it, but it won't be anything that blows me away. I was hoping to see The Thing(Ben Grimm) with a more pronounced brow(like in the comics) but he looks the same in the trailers as he did in the original film. thumbs down

Spiderman 3(2007) is now at $844 million in worldwide box office revenues. Looks like this film might eclipse a billion dollars in receipts. freak out
