Viewing Single Post From: What Should Toho Do For The Next Godzilla Movie?

This seems inevitable considering the new monsters revealed by Atari, but it's also what I'd like. Some of my least favorite Godzilla movies have had aliens involved. Godzilla: Final Wars and Godzilla vs King Ghidorah come to mind. This just brings in a bucketful of cheese that I don't much prefer. I have liked some; Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla and my first Godzilla movie, Invasion of the Astro-Monster. Godzilla 2000 owes its best parts to the Orga plot. But that didn't succeed in reviving Godzilla. And as for solo films, it seems like Toho's dried that concept up pretty clean. I just want original Earth monsters. And a good story.
