Having seen most of them on TV I can tell you they are very entertaining. Godzooky can be annoying but this in no way detracts from the overall entertainment value of the episodes of this cartoon series. You will enjoy the various monsters and adversaries that Godzilla faces. My favorite episode is still MicroGodzilla. :D

No article for Sci-Fi Japan yet. Keith's site definitely offers a very nice presentation of this series on DVD. I have the first two volumes on disc. Ironically, I never watched it when it first aired on NBC back in 1978. I was just too busy.
