Thanks for the info, Lee. I may have to start my own NetFlix account, as I believe Carol has temporarily suspended her account, until Summer is over.

Click the link to read an excellent review of Witchfinder General(1968), just released to R1 DVD by MGM Home Video under their "Midnite Movies" label: http://www.dvddrive-in.com/reviews/t-z/wit...ergeneral68.htm

This movie is one of the few films starring Vincent price that I haven't seen yet. I just got this DVD in late last week and hope to watch it Monday or Tuesday night of next week.

I have a couple copies of, Witchfinder General on R2 discs. I really enjoy the film, but I;d still like to pick up the R1 release. Hope you enjoy the film, Lee.

The MGM Midnite Movies line of DVDs now has its own website. To access it click the link: http://www.midnitemoviesdvd.com/midnitemovies_home.swf

Note: dial up users will probably find it difficult to access this site as it's very image heavy and includes movie trailers.

If you're a fan of MGM "Midnite Movies" DVDs as I am then you might be interested in this article, which touches on the overall financial shape of Metro Goldwyn Mayer which is, unfortunately, not too good right now: http://www.nytimes.com/2008/06/08/business...ibV/nd7OGrZt8QA

The MGM film library, some 4000 titles, may be up for auction in the near future because of the company's huge debt. Read more: http://www.dreadcentral.com/news/34521/clock-ticking-mgm-logo-and-library-heading-auction-block
