 Indeed, I liked the one with the orange colored background better as well...kind of gives it an almost "Halloween" feel.  After watching Red Sonja(1985) on DVD I played around with Photoshop(7.0) and managed this, still crude but not altogether unsightly:

Your latest sig images seem a little harder to see, Matthew. I'm assuming you're using "Paint". In Photoshop the feature used to render the effect like what's in your sigs is called "Inversion"(one of them anyway). The result is images that resemble, somewhat, x-rays. I would like to see more sigs from you without the x-ray look.
