That's an impressive collection, Jae. Obviously, from your posted list one could surmise you're a dedicated Star Wars fan.  I have no SW books, only some books on Godzilla, Japanese fantasy cinema and one book on the "Lost In Space" TV series from the 1960's. If I wanted a SW book, kind of a docu book on the entire "Star Wars" franchise, what would you recommend?

That is one impressive list, Jae. Are most of the Star Wars books you've read tied into the main six volumes or are alot of them set in "alternate" timelines or universes? |

Most of the books above are set in the 40 years after "a new hope" and include Luke skywalker, princess leia and Han Solo apart from the first three which are clone war books. Pack... never really bought that kind of book if I ever need any info I get it from wookiepedia if I dont know it myself |

I'll jump in here. There's a LIVE-ACTION Star Wars TV show in the works and should hit the airwaves by Fall '09. The setting is between episodes III and IV. It'll focus on the early days of the Rebellion against the Empire. Producer Rick McCallum has stated in Star Wars Insider magazine that Boba Fett will be a major player. Lucas has just started writing the script to the first few episodes. As for the Star Wars novels, I've read: Heir to the Empire Dark Force Rising The Last Command Specter of the Past Vision of the Future Most of the NEW JEDI ORDER series I currently read the STAR WARS: LEGACY comic book series by Dark Horse |

Jae I highly suggest the Bounty Hunter Wars Trilogy by K.W. Jeter. I am currently reading them and I'm on the second book: Slave Ship. Very captivating and entertaining. Edited by Ghost the Bat, Jan 25 2009, 09:45 PM.
