I have DVDs of Juukou B-Fighter. It's pretty much a reimagining of the space sheriff trilogy, only with a trio of heroes. The spFX are awesome. B) |

Another subgenre of Metal Hero is the Rescue Police(Winspector, Solbrain, and Exceedraft). These heroes do not fight kaijin or other monsters, instead they deal with cyborgs, mad scientists, bombs, fires and other more "realistic" threats. I have Solbrain english dubbed, a very good series, but not as good as Winspector, which was REALLY popular in my mom's home country. (Germany) In fact, I saw an episode of it dubbed into german when I visited there in 06, rerunning. |

I just got a haul in Metal Heroes stuff, I have Spielban, Metalder, and Jiban from Ultramanuniverse coming in the mail, I'll review all three series if i can. |

 I can't, for the life of me, get into the human size heroes as much. I just like watching giant heroes fighting huge monsters. Still a cool MV, Smythe.
