SPIDER-MAN 3 was a very disappointing film. It was mediocre at best. FF2 looks much better than S3 in my view.

shocking Whoa.

Now that it has been established that Tom Jane will not be reprising his role as "Frank Castle" I wonder who will be cast in the role-I say this because it appears from website blogs that filming for the second "Punisher" film is going ahead anyway: http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Thomas-Jane...her-2-5198.html

confused

Punisher 2 will be a flop...guaranteed. The first one barely made enough money and now they want to do a sequel without its star. The script must've been pretty bad if Jane backed out.

By the way, Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer is looking better and better with each commercial I see.

That wouldn't have anything to do with Jessica Alba, would it? tongue-1

Nope. More to do with the Silver Surfer and the whole FF power flip-flop scenario.

Well, I just thought I'd ask. tongue-1 I have watched the FF2 trailers-they look good, and I'm sure I'll enjoy the film, but I still would have preferred to see another "villain" featured in this movie before Galactus. My own preference: the Skrulls and their "Super Skrull"(that has each of the FF member's powers), or perhaps The Mole People. There are some FF villains that I'm not sure would do well on the big screen: Diablo, Blastarr, Gray Gargoyle, and Mephisto. Think the Skrulls might appear in an FF movie, Dan? heyo

Ya never know. For now I'm happy to see the Surfer guest-starring. It's like getting two comic book movies for the price of one.

Among the many movies I am getting a little fired up to see on the big screen is Speed Racer, set for a May, 2008 theatrical release, and based on the 60's anime and consequent animated TV series. Click the link for more info on this upcoming film, which includes an image of the Mach 5, the legendary car that Speed Racer drives: http://www.superherohype.com/news/topnews.php?id=5801

The Mach 5 looks beautiful! thumbs up
