I'd actually prefer The Lizard as the only villain. I rather there just be the Lizard as the only villain for the fourth movie. They need to keep Spiderman 4 simple unlike Spiderman 3.

The reported front runner for the role is actress Rachel McAdams. There's also a report that a male lead for a villain character is also being sought for this movie...which would suggest a second villain will appear in this movie besides Dr. Curt Connors, aka "The Lizard", who will be the primary villain in Spiderman 4. The film is set to release theatrically in May of 2011. Anyone else hope to see this hero in future Marvel movies?

He looked very cool and the CGI effects effectively conveyed his powers and abilities. I would be delighted to see this character again on the big screen.

I know there was talk about him getting his own movie, but I think he would be better co-starring in another future Marvel project other than his own.
