Bagorah was a gigantic bat like monster with a screeching, powerful sonic shriek that appeared in the "Dark Horse" Godzilla comics. I believe it appeared in two issues. It was, IMO, a very impressive looking monster. During its battle with the monster king it actually tried to eat Godzilla. Godzilla ultimately defeated Bagorah with his oral beam. http://godzilla.wikia.com/wiki/Bagorah |

I would add him, but he seems a little too similar to Gyaos, who I'm a fan of. All of the monsters you've mentioned that I din't include is for a good reason. Screw it, you only live once! (adds Bagorah) Mothra, Anguirus, Baragon, and King Caesar don't really fit my story properly. |

Allright, now it begins. This next list should be familiar to anyone who has a PS2: 1: Valus 2: Quadratus 3: Gaius 4: Phaedra 5: Avion 6: Barba 7: Bydrus 8: Kuromori 9: Basaran 10: Dirge 11: Celosia 12: Pelagia 13: Cenobia 14: Phalanx 15: Argus 16: Malice Yes, that's right! This is Kaiju vs. Colossi from Shadow of the Colossus! For those of you who don't know the Colossi, I will post their descriptions and abilities at the start of every match. Also, go to StrategyWiki and look up Shadow of the Colossus to read up on them. I'll put up pictures when I can get good ones. Match 1: King Caesar vs. Dirge has begun. Also, I will NOT make use of the "weak spots" that the colossi have in the game. I should point out that this is in tournament form, and for the sake of the tournament, sometimes Kaiju will fight Kaiju and Colossi will fight Colossi. Edited by Jack da King, Jun 23 2008, 04:20 PM.

This is also the discussion, as well as the story itself. Match 1: Dirge vs. King Caesar King Caesar (Showa) Fists, Claws, Teeth, Feet, Eyes can deflect energy attacks at their source. Dirge Burrowing Ability, Constriction. King Caesar trekked silently across the Sahara Desert, searching for the strange signal he had sensed. He came to a stop in the ocean of sand. something was here. Suddenly, King Caesar looked around. The sand was bulging upwards, flowing to the sides. He leapt aside, and the sand settled back down. Dirge, the sand hunter, was here… Without a second thought, King Caesar released a titanic battle cry, raised both fists, and smashed them into the area where the sand had bulged, creating a shower of yellow sand that flew into the air. But, as far as could be told, the Azumi royal guardian had hit nothing…suddenly, the sand behind King Caesar burst outward, and none other than the mighty form of Dirge burst forth. Dirge’s long, wormlike body was comprised of stone, with a strip of greenish fur running down it’s back, and two large, frontal, silver eyes. Dirge’s head smashed into King Caesar’s back full force, toppling the guardian onto his chest. King Caesar leapt to his feet and spun around, but Dirge’s tail was already disappearing below the sand. King Caesar lashed forward and grabbed onto the colossi’s tail, then pulled backward with all of his might. Slowly, but surely, Dirge was being uprooted. Finally, Dirge’s head surfaced, and, despite lack of any mouth to speak of, Dirge cried out in terror. With a victorious roar, King Caesar lifted the writhing worm over his head, raised one knee, then bashed the fragile Dirge downward onto the knee. Dirge’s frail form now hang limply from King Caesar’s knee, seemingly dead. But Dirge was more clever than that… King Caesar threw the body aside and began marching away. There were more of these colossal beasts that needed to be defeated. Then, King Caesar heard the sand rustling behind it…before the guardian could react, Dirge had launched form the sand and flown right onto King Caesar’s shoulder. Before the surprised Kaiju could react, Dirge coiled around to King Caesar’s other shoulder and was now pulling him down. King Caesar fell onto his back, with Dirge over his neck. Now, Dirge dug both the head and tail of his long body into the sand; he effectively had the guardian in a throttlehold! King Caesar found this amusing: he was a golem, he needed no air! However, Dirge’s sharp, stone spines chiseled into King Caesar’s neck, creating fault lines in the stone. As Dirge continued to apply pressure, further damaging the cracks, King Caesar panicked: He was going to be decapitated! King Caesar tried to pull the serpentine creature away, but Dirge only tightened his grip. Soon, King Caesar’s entire neck cracked, and his head fell away. Crying victoriously, Dirge vanished beneath the sand. |

Dirge certainly went from "crying out in terror" to decapitating his opponents head.

"decapitating his opponent's head" should read as "decapitation of his opponent's head". Archival: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decapitation |

No...Decapitation refers to the removal of a head. Decapitating someone's head suggests a second head growing out of the first that got slashed away...But whatever. Gamera vs. Basaran will be sorta long, so it could be a while, but I will definitely have it for you by tomorrow evening. |

Match 2: Basaran vs. Gamera Gamera (Hesei) Fists, Claws, Tusks, Elbow Blades, Flight, Tough Carapace, Fireballs, Mana Blast Basaran, The Storm Echo Tough carapace, Stomping Feet, Concussion Blasts In the desolate, volcanic ash fields, something was coming. A deep rumbling came across the ground, causing the ashes to stir and shift. A massive shape broke through the ashes. Massive and quadrupedal, the titan was Basaran, the Storm Echo. Basaran, in some ways, resembled a massive turtle, quadrupedal with a short tail, furry black chest, and a massive, jagged stone shell on it’s back. Basaran’s stone head was mostly featureless, but with two large, blue eyes, and four stone holes in the bottom of his head. With long legs, and rock spheres instead of feet, Basaran continued to move out across the ash fields, not aware of what it would soon awaken. Far beneath the sulfuric rocks, another gigantic turtle was stirring. Basaran was thrown to his side as the earth below him was torn asunder. Emerging, shaking dirt and rock from his form, was Gamera, the guardian of the universe. Already, Gamera could tell that there were many threats to the world emerging, the first being this creature, whom Gamera had just toppled. Might as well start at the beginning. Basaran climbed to it’s feet Guardian of the Universe and Storm Echo stared each other down for a moment, then Basaran made the first move. One of the four holes in the bottom of his face shone with bright light, then a tiny sphere of white light shot forward and struck Gamera’s shoulder. Gamera felt a little push; nothing else. Then, all four lit up. A constant stream of bolts began flowing from Basaran’s face, all slamming into Gamera’s chest, tossing the guardian effortlessly onto his back. Immediately, Basaran began marching forward, ready to crush the head of the creature that had disturbed it into a bloody pulp. But Gamera was ready. Lashing back into his bipedal stance, Gamera grabbed onto Basaran’s head with both hands. Immediately, the inside of Gamera’s mouth began to burn, and fire conjured together into a searing burst of pure heat. Quickly, Basaran unleashed several concussion bolts onto Gamera, pushing him away, but the fire still surged. With a snap of his head, Gamera shot a searing fireball that struck Basaran’s shell, blowing away molten chunks of stone in a huge conflagration. Now, Gamera had other matters to attend to. His legs pulled into the sockets of his shell, and blue flames began to shoot out where they just were. Gamera, propelled by the burst, shot upward into the sky, but Basaran had more to say on the subject. As Gamera climbed, blue light flashed and he was shot down by Basaran’s blasts. As Gamera smashed back down into the rocky ground, Basaran stomped closer. Coming to Gamera’s stunned form, the Ankylosaur-like creature reared up on it’s hind legs, then slammed it’s spherical feet onto Gamera’s shell, cracking the armor and causing a trickle of green blood to spill onto the ground. As Basaran took revenge out on Gamera for the crater in his shell, the guardian came too, and threw himself upward in a frenzy, throwing his enemy aside. Gamera wasted no time in slamming his fist into Basaran’s face, cracking the stone. Gamera followed up with an uppercut, causing his quadrupedal foe to reel upward, lifting onto two feet. Gamera took the advantage and slammed his bulk into Basaran’s chest, causing Basaran to fall onto his shell. While the colossus flailed wildly, Gamera looked at the black fur on Basaran’s chest and began to charge a fireball. Basaran could only lean to the side in a pitiful attempt to get up as Gamera unleashed his burning plasma ball, which smashed right into the soft spot. Basaran bellowed loudly as massive amounts of black liquid gushed from the newly created wound, then turned to gas as it sprayed into the air, before vanishing completely. As Basaran’s cries weakened, Gamera reignited it’s jets and took off. It would allow Basaran to bleed to death. By the way, Pack, have YOU played Shadow? I couldn't find a decent pic of Bydrus for match 3, Manda vs. Bydrus, but for match 4, Barba vs. Rodan, here's the bearded Goliath, Barba: Edited by Jack da King, Jun 24 2008, 09:19 PM.
