This seems like a pretty poular idea, and I can see the merit. The two greatest, deadliest villains from the Hesei series, who wouldn't want ot see them duke it out?

Arena: Tokyo, Midnight. No starting cystals, but Spacegodzilla can summon some.

Fight to the death, no fleeing, no surrendering. Who wins?

I find the term "Zombie" to be offensive. I prefer to be called Vitality Impaired.

This is a tough battle to call as both monsters are fairly evenly matched. I have always personally believed that Space Godzilla is the second most powerful monster, after Godzilla. This beast is directly derived from Godzilla himself, who's obviously considered "top dog". For that reason I would go with SG to defeat Destoroyah. If these monsters were to fight ten times Destoroyah would win some of the battles, perhaps three or four, with the majority being won by Space Godzilla. Rather than resort to their beam weapons to try and win, both monsters would fight it out hand to hand. SG would be severely damaged in this fight. Destoroyah would be defeated by SG's gravity tornado, SG impaling Destoroyah the jagged remnants of a demolished building.

I think that Dessie would have no trouble whatsoever resisting all of SpaceG's attacks. If SG tried to impale him as you suggested, he could just break down. On the other hand, if Dessie used his katana to slash away SpaceG's shoulder crystals, then it's in the bag for the ever-mighty Destroyah. Telekinesis? Dessie's pretty heavy, which means SG would have a tough time lifting him, giving Dessie plenty of time to just blast him and make him lose concentration and just drop Dessie.

Telekinesis: Already explained
Corona Beam: How many Hyper Spiral Rays did Destroyah shrug off like normal heat rays again? Oh yeah, like TWENTY!
Physical: Destroyah is undoubtedly more physically powerful then Spacegodzilla.
Crystal Missiles: These might do a bit of damage, alright, but Spacegodzilla doesn't do this very often.

did I forget any?

Probably not.

Consider this argument: http://forums.comicbookresources.com/archive/index.php/t-182283.html

I liked the point that was made that Destoroyah couldn't even defeat Godzilla while he was slowly melting down from inside which begs the question: how could Destoroyah defeat Godzilla if G wasn't and was at full fighting capacity?

Godzilla > Space Godzilla > Destoroyah

Uh...Dessie did beat Godzilla, while Godzilla was at full power. You make it sound like the meltdown stage weakened him. Destroyah would PWN Spacegodzilla anyday.

Indeed, and because I happen to think it did. I don't think Godzilla was fully in control of his metabolism, something I think adversely affected his fighting tactics against Destoroyah.

..........That was totally outweighed by the fact that Godzilla was emitting extra heat, and able to regularly use the Spiral Ray.

I agree with you that Godzilla was emitting additional energy from his condition. I just think that in and of itself had some adverse effect on his coordination and movements.

Emphasis on the word outweighed. Lets say I had to fight a guy, and I had a Socom. Now, lets say that there's an alterante version of the fight ("version 2") where I a somewhat clumsy, but I have a SPAS-12.

Whos fights better?
Version 1?
Version 2?

A fairly standard 9MM Pistol. Whereas SPAS-12 stands for "Special Purposes Automatic Shotgun".

If you are asking me whether I believe you would "fight" better coordinated with a 9mm combat pistol or being clumsy with an automatic shotgun(never fired one of those by the way) my answer would be: the former(being more coordinated with less firepower).

Are you freaking serious? Well, then, I guess you would think Normal G stronger. I guess we're agreeing to disagree.

EDIT: Acctuallt, you can't beat my argument of Dessie being able to flawlessly resist all of SpaceG's attacks. Seariously, name two ways Spacegodzilla could effectively injure to the point of defeating Destroyah, that I can't argue againbst.
