| Welcome to MONSTERLAND FORUMS! We are a casual and friendly online community of movie fans who like to talk about giant monsters, horror and sci-fi in cinema, on television and on Blu Ray/DVD. There are forums for sports, casual chat and video games as well. MONSTERLAND FORUMS was created on January 29, 2006 for the purpose of giving fans of giant monster films and other sci-fi/horror movies a friendly online meeting place to discuss all of their favorite films and other things of interest like video gaming and sports. MONSTERLAND FORUMS has 284 members and over 148,000 posts. This online community is Zetaboards' fourth most active online community in the "Movies" category(among over 200 message boards). Spring has arrived and with it warmer temps! We're going to see some marvelous new films released in 2013 (IRON MAN 3 and PACIFIC RIM) as well as many terrific classic films finally released to Blu Ray including GORGO(1961) and LIFEFORCE(1985)! Our online community isn't the largest on the web but I think it's the best group with which to discuss all the movies I love to watch and also talk about other shared interests! In my ongoing struggle to improve at using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 I'm going to post some 400 x 100 pixel and 468 x 60 pixel signature images that can be used by anyone to promote this site. Each image will be accompanied with a "clickable link" code. 1.   2. Image:  Clickable link:

great sigs. I can't see the 1st one and am not particularly fond of the 3rd one but I do like the 2nd and 4th one. Good Job! Next time try making more detailed backgrounds, though. I still recommend GIMP over all else. |

Well honestly my first work wasn't all that great to begin with.It all depends on how serious you go about it. And believe me Lee I've seen worse then yours so don't be so hard on yourself. |

Russ, you might consider registering at Xbotica's forums: http://forum.xbotica.com/index/ This board will have some tutorials, both based on Photoshop and GIMP(freeware), which should help you familiarize yourself with signature image work. "Xynical" is in charge of making the graphics at this board and has personally created just about every forum banner I'm using at Monsterland Forums and also my small, still in development board called Mothra's Universe. Hopefully Xynical will see your question and provide additional commentary on your question.  Uploaded with ImageShack.us I didn't do much with your sig, Russ: added a border, very lightly "posterized" the image and added a "lens flare" to the area of impact of Mechagodzilla's eye beams. |

I'm not skilled at making signature images at all. "Xstinct", a member of this message board, is very skilled. He made the "Alien" theme image I'm using right now. I wasn't really looking for anything that flashy, but thanks for the link. I'll check that out. I might be able to make something on the bitmap, but trying to get things right on that program is ridiculously hard. |

If you can post a description of what you're looking for I'm sure I can take a stab at making something for you. I have GIMP(the latest version) in my computer. If I can't make something to your satisfaction I can always ask "Xstinct" to make something for you. I'm sure he'd be happy to try.

Thanks a lot! Don't let it get in the way of anything else; it's not a huge priority for me. I've been thinking about it for a while; since I'm spending more time on Club Tokyo and here (both of which allow image sigs) than at TK (which does not), I thought it would be cool to have a "badge", for lack of a better word.
