^Why 2 sets?
I bought the second "Godzilla Collection" DVD set on the spur of the moment. I was in Best Buy and saw that they had two of them. I had some extra $ to spend so I bought both.

Here's where I stage my figures, magazines, other small toys and a few DVD-R's:

My collection is miniscule compared to some I've seen at other message boards. I'll try and find the collection pics of ATARI Godzilla forums member "Godzilla62": his collection is the best I've ever seen. winky

^That I want to see!

The one thing bout godzilla collecting I like is seeing little kids post their ollections on youtube and I bash them by commenting on the amount of bootlegs and fakes they have in their collection.

And may I make a confession, this will make some of you angry - when I said I have seen the gamera trilogy, I lied. I hae nly seen GGOTU...

Not angry. You're just missing out. GGOTU is great, but I think the 2nd and 3rd are even better. The 3rd one might well be the best kaiju movie ever made, in my opinion. If not the first, maybe the 2nd best next to Gojira.

Ah.

Here's my collection so far, by the way. I'm not really interested in much else besides the movies. I loved Godzilla movies as a kid, but it was only recently that I started collecting them on DVD.

DVD:

The Godzilla Collection - Sony
Gamera Limited Edition Box Set
Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah - Giant Monsters All-Out Attack
Rodan(Classic Media/Dubbed)
Terror of Mechagodzilla(Classic Media/Dubbed)

DVD: On-order

Rodan/War of the Gargantuas - Sony
The Return of Godzilla - (JapaneseMonsters/bootleg)
Godzilla vs Destoroyah - (JapaneseMonsters/bootleg)

Japanese versions on file:

King Kong vs Godzilla
The Return of Godzilla
Godzilla vs King Ghidorah
Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla II

I also have an old VHS tape of the American version of King Kong from when it aired on tv once.

The only other Godzilla memorabilia I have is Mechagodzilla toy of some sort. It resembles the one from the 93 movie, I think. It's got a switch on the back that makes it roar and its eyes glow. Oh yeah, you can attach a Garuda ship to its back. It came with a comic book.

Fraid so. confuzed Couldn't find most of those on region 1 so I had to download them. I'll probably end up buying bootlegs of them anyway, and eventually on region 1 dvd if they're ever released. But as for G v M II, since the Japanese version is already available on DVD here, I have no excuse. I plan to buy it of course. I prefer paying money to get legitimate copies of movies when they're available.

My collection is quite lacking compared to all others here.

I basically have all 28 films on DVD, some of them being bootlegs. I'm not so much into collecting as I am just having the movies to watch. I'd like to get some imports but really don't have the money to spend on them. I have a few old VHS versions of some of the Godzilla films.

For other Kaiju stuff, I've got a mish mash collection of mainly U.S. released stuff, the BCI Ultraman sets, Super Robot Red Baron, and Iron King, most of the Gamera films, Yongary, Gappa, and most of the others.

Just updated my list with 2 things:

Rodan/WOTG DVD
and
Bandai Creation Hedorah

I just got the figure acouple of hours ago, and it is a crap job but it still is a good figure for display since it has no articulation. It is holding 2 1 dollar bills right now. I now have 13 figures. My CVS hae started going trough difficulties and started getting the specific figures for me, afterall, 1/6 of their paycheck comes from me and my mother's constant visits at CVS...

And soon to be added, I am right now restoring my Godzilla Final Wars Calendar, which has been missing for the past 2 years. I am almost done. If it survives, it shall be added to the list.

However, I forgot to grieve for my "Kaiju Graveyard" for their 3ed annerverary of being "dead" or lost. I miss the merchandise so...

UPDATE: Restoration of the calendar is a success, it shall be added to my list.
