That's easy to say if none of your family have been killed in action
I would like Condoleeza Rice to make the same admissions she's been making lately to the media, regarding the Iraq War, to all the families who lost friends or loved ones in the U.S. military, currently about 4200 total. That doesn't include others maimed or crippled.

Condoleeza Rice has stated she "regrets" that strategic decisions were made based on faulty U.S. intelligence regarding Saddam Hussein. Nice timing. Now that she's set to be replaced and can sail off into the sunset to write her memoirs or charge $10,000 for public speeches at high schools and colleges(like her dumbass boss Dubya), Rice feels free to make this admission. U.S. intelligence wasn't the only goddamn thing that was faulty, which resulted in a questionable war that has cost the lives of 4200 American servicemen and servicewomen: the government officials involved in the decision making process were faulty as well.

It's politicians like Condoleeza Rice that make me absolutely f*cking sick. angree

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081207/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/rice

From the article:

Quote:

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Sunday she regrets the U.S. relied on flawed intelligence as the basis for going to war in Iraq and took partial responsibility for mismanaging the post-invasion occupation
Partial responsibility? Are you f*cking kidding me?

Quote:

As eight years of the Bush administration come to a close, the president and now one of his longest-serving advisers are acknowledging mistakes in Iraq while steadfastly defending the war and Saddam Hussein's overthrow
Loyal to her dumbass boss to the end.

Quote:

"While it's fine to go back and say what might we have done differently, the truth of the matter is we don't have that luxury," Rice said in a broadcast interview
That's a euphemism for 'We f*cked up."

Outgoing Secretary Of State Condoleeza Rice has declared that Americans will soon be thanking President George W. Bush for what he's done for the American people: http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/12/28/rice.administration/index.html

I'll thank Dubya now, for:

1. running up the national debt to nearly a trillion dollars

2. entering the United States into an unnecessary war that has cost the lives of over 4200 American servicemen and servicewomen, which doesn't include those injured and/or permanently maimed

Let's also thank Dubya for 9-11 and the horrendous state of the U.S. ecomony. Thanks Dubya.

Condoleeza Rice mentions, in the article, that she is going to return to teaching and writing books. What a shocker.

Alittle thread drift, since you mentioned the dept of 1 trillion dollars and up, I heard that the gov may be, for a limited time, controlling how we spend money... This scares me.

And the worst part is that he thinks it was for a good cause.

As well as bringing other armies, and civilians, with them, mostly due to incredibly poor planning.

Noto mention the world economy. More or less all countries in the world have suffered because of Dubya.

Well we know Bush is at least good at one thing...ducking flyingobjects being thrown at him. He dodged those shoes like a pro and this whole time I've been thinking as well as he did that it almost seemed like second nature to him, as if he had done that many times before...

For anyone who thinks George W. Bush was a decent U.S. President I would like you to read this article: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090110/ap_on_go_pr_wh/bush_s_legacy_analysis

George W. Bush's presidency has a price tag for the United States Of America, and it's $11.5 trillion dollars: http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/Investing/StockInvestingTrading/cost-of-the-bush-era-11-point-5-trillion.aspx

While Americans are left holding this bag Dubya will retire to his ranch on a huge pension, taxpayer funded continued Secret Service protection and occasionally get out to speak at some high school or university, charging $50,000-$100,000 for a thirty minute speech about nothing of any real importance.
