Seen GINO? Seen The Host? Which Monster would win if Gwoemul (the host monster) was scaled to the same size as GINO, 50 meters.

Interesting match up. I'm going with GINO. The reason: GINO appears to have larger, and sharper claws, both on its hands and its feet, which it would be able to use more effectively for ripping and tearing in close quarters battle against Gwoemul.

G2K, if you start a "vs" thread like this one, why not post your own predicted winner in your initial post. Just a thought. winky

You've never seen The Host? It's really awesome. I enjoyed the heck out of that movie. The characters are so great.

Anyway, back on topic. I guess I'd have to go with GINO. Gwoemul is extremely dangerous to humans, but GINO has a more powerful build, and like pack said, some better claws and teeth. Gwoemul is more of an agile and stealthy creature. He probably couldn't use that to his advantage if he were as big as GINO.

I would say that by the look of the mouth alone and speed, Gwoemul has this. GINO does have a fear issue.

I think Gwoemul would actually have had a decent advantage, the element of surprise, at least, had he been his original size and been able to drop down on an unsuspecting GINO while hanging from a bridge or other fixture. As a creature the same size, I'd probably consider GINO's close quarters abilities to be a bit better.

From what I have seen, Gwoemul is more flexible, and Gwoemul's mouth is heck... And the infamous tail.

I happened to catch most of Godzilla(1998) on the Family Channel tonight. I still believe that were GINO and a kaiju sized Gwoemul to battle Gwoemul would get jacked up by the American Godzilla.

Before I make my decision I really have to know...Where are thay fighting? Because with these two, that could make all the differance.

I find the term "Zombie" to be offensive. I prefer to be called Vitality Impaired.

Zilla just happened to walk into Seoul and it ticked off Gwoemul.

While I find The Host a much better monster film then Godzilla (1998), Zilla IMO is the stronger monster out of the two and IMO the winner.

I agree with Packmule, Zilla has sharper claws on both its fingers and feet, also very sharp teeth, another thing is that if the battle is in a city Zilla could use its Power Breath, while its no where near as powerful as Godzilla's Atomic Ray, it would still hurt Gwoemul. topper

Its possible if Gwoemul dropped down onto Zilla, Gwoemul could get impaled by Zilla's sharp spikes. noddy

To me Gwoemul can match GINO's speed and maneuverability, no question. In terms of fighting spirit I would imagine both monsters equally capable of becoming even more dangerous if angry. As Matthew alluded to, GINO appears to have more pronounced claws on his hands and feet. If Gwoemul were to fight by striking and then moving away, always on the move, he might have chance to win but if he engages GINO in a straight up physical brawl I believe GINO would win, and also probably suffer serious wounds from the battle.

Im sure Zilla would get injured in the battle, but with the Power Breath, Sharp claws, Spikes and Sharp Teeth, I do believe Zilla would win. big grin

But remember something, GINO is a scardy cat.
