The hit graphic novel is now being made into a film, and I'm pumped up to see it! My favorite being Rorshach, this is the place to talk about every thing on the subject, for example, if you'll see it, what you think so far, and after tomorrow what the movie was like.

I think it's tremendously over-hyped, so I wasn't that interested in seeing it for a while due to all the fan buzz.

But after seeing a clip of Rorshach, my stance on it has softened a bit. I'm gonna go see it on Saturday night with one of my brothers.

EDIT: On second thought, maybe I'll wait for more reviews to come in. I read one review that leaves me a bit pessimistic about the film.

rorshack happens to be my favorite, so in the graphic novel, he reluctently went into the fashion buisness, but disliked it, hadeling womens closes, and made a dress for a lady that these ink stains will shape all over depending on the mood, she hated it, made the dress into a mask, the movie has about the same origin i think,
but i think he was pushed over the edge, became a vigilent, i meen the guy had a rough life, for example, his own mom tells him she should have had a aportion, sheeesh!

THE MOVIE WAS AWSOME! there is alot of stuff i didn't like, but there was too much to like! now caution, many will get confused, and there's tons of graphic violence, too many sex scenes, but it adds to the realism.

I've seen references to Dr. Manhattan's apparent lack of clothing in this film: I'm hoping they at least kept his parts south of the border covered. winky

Eh. I didn't like it. I liked Rorshach, but that's about it.
I found Watchmen too be a little long and overly drawn out. I did like the visuals, especially Silk Spectre II in her tight fitting costume ( tongue-2 ) and the moral absolutist-maniac known as "Rorschach". This character was my favorite of all the "Watchmen" characters. Rorschach's temporary stay in prison and his interactions with some of the inmates were personal highlights of this movie for me. I enjoyed watching Rorschach jack up and beat the daylights out of people because I found that those receiving Rorschach's "justice" deserved it. thumbz up sickko
