The 'Asylum Ent.' usually are notoriously known for their low budget 'mock-busters' but have been stepping up their production values and actually even taking on some original film ideas. If this comes out on DVD I'll probably buy it...provided the CGI is at least average looking. I like the plot. Thanks for the info on this, Avery! |

I've been in constant contact with Asylum Ent. on this film and secretly taking comments from message boards; some bad, some good so that they can see what fans are really thinking/saying and do and don't like about their output of films. Don't worry no names were mentioned so you guys don't have to fear their assassins. I've also been offering up many suggestions to them on what the fans really want to see and what they don't. They're taking this stuff to heart, 'cause believe it or not they actually do care. I have been in regular contact with Paul Bales of "The Asylum Ent." on this one and offered many suggestions and also copied and sent them a lot of comments good and bad from message boards so that they could see what was being said and what the fans thought and liked/dis-liked and wanted to see in future films from them. It's obvious from the trailer that they've been listening as this definitely looks like their funnest film yet and it looks to be chock full of great cheesy b-movie moments. That just goes to show that they do care. The official webpage at "The Asylum Ent." must not have been updated as both "Amazon" and "Best Buy" among other dealers have it as the 19th. Thanks for the clarification, Avery. I was about to ask if the 19th, or the 26th, was the release date. I am going to try and get by Best Buy after work on Tuesday(5/19) to look for both of these DVD titles. |

I think that if nothing else the film should be super cheesy and have some great b-movie moments. The hype that we've created for this film has become overwhelming. I'm sure that it will lead to some fans being disappointed because they are setting their expectations way too high. This is still just a low budget flick from The Asylum Ent. and not a huge budget blockbuster. However; once you can get past that it can still be a lot of fun for what it is. They are listening and are trying to give us what we want and anyone should be able to see that in the trailer so we gotta give them credit for that.
