Yes. I would have preferred seeing Titanium Man, Crimson Dynamo, or even The Controller, with his cadre of "berserker" cyborgs. Other villains that might have worked include Sunfire or even Omega Red(he's an "X-Men" villain but did tangle with Iron Man in the comics). That said "Whiplash" and "Black Widow" are absolutely credible villains for the IM sequel film.
