Yeah, that's kind of my problem. Nothing like that has been accepted by the mainstream scientific community yet.

The Amityville Horror

The exorcism of Anneliese Michel

Plus, one church actualy had what they belived was the cloth Jesus was wraped in after the cruicifixion. Scientists tested little bits of the cloth and their results pointed towards Christ more than not.

More proof is shown through the reason why the documentry "The God that wasn't there" was so critisized by historians and such.

The Amityville Horror

I've heard the story. It's very interesting, but there's still a lot of controversy as to whether it was a hoax or not. Pretty much all we have to go on is the book by Jay Anson.

The exorcism of Anneliese Michel

According to wikipedia:

Quote:

The Roman Catholic Church, which had authorized the exorcism, reversed its position and declared Anneliese Michel a case of mental illness.

I don't know about that one. Do you mean the Shroud of Turin? Because the results I've seen showed that the cloth was made much too recently for it to have been Christ's burial cloth. And even if it was roughly 2000 years old, how can we know which man it was used with?

I know nothing about that.

I guess the bottom line is, hauntings and possessions would be pretty crazy stuff. But it's not exactly miraculous, if you know what I mean. It sounds like something demonic, or otherworldly. But what I know of Amityville and possessions doesn't sound like the work of God. It sounds like evidence of something dark and evil that doesn't really exist in our world, for the most part, in the physical sense. This could mean anything. Beings from another dimension. Spirits, aliens, demons, or some kind of natural phenomenon we don't yet understand.

Why the heck are you quoting Wikipedia? It is one of the most error-filled sites ever. An example is that Wikiepdia said that WB was originaly to distribute GMK. WRONG - Keith pointed that out to me.

Amityville horror is still good since we got that book.

I shall look into that.

I think that is what it is called.

Yeah, I used to think that too. But it's about as accurate as anything on the internet can be. It's a self-correcting system, and that's what I like about it. If something is inaccurate, it will most likely be marked for inaccuracies.

Except on the kaiju parts. No one tries to fix them. And when you do, some of the admins there thinks we are adding error-filled information.

Go search up on some Christian archeologists and you shall see proof.

I think Biblical archaeology is an interesting field, and it's given me a lot to think about. I haven't seen definitive proof of God in it yet, but I did used to be a staunch Creationist.
