Napsters thoughts on video games: Good things: Touching and innovative Storline Clean Crisp orignal Gameplay Games That don't punish you. Fresh graphics and new ideas Allows you to save at anytime Bad things: Boring Gameplay Crap storyline awful graphics Bugs Making you watch the credits at the end Longs trips without save points and check points bad voice acting Games i do Recommend Resistance 2 little big planet Resistance 2 Uncharted drakes fortune farcry 2 Fallout 3 GTA 4 Battlefield: Company Resident evil 5 Call of duty 4 Games i don't Recommend Lost the video game Turning point fall of librity Jericho Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire Leisure Suit Larry Box Office bust F.E.A.R. Underworld: the Etarnal War These days Games are being Combined like RPG and FPS example Fallout 3 Oblivion and borederlands where some work and some Turnout crap, borderlands was supposed to be a grat game but turned out Bland, games that caused hype but turned out crap, lair was supposed to be one of the PS3s Great exclusives but ended up in the bargin bin Games that get repiteve like farcry do where you end up going on endless drives and borderlands where you kill stag after stag, then there are the games that never stop supprising you Like GTA 4 which turned out to be one of the Best titles out there, fallout 3 and call of duty 4 which both landed game of the year, motorstorm which ended up as greatest hits and little big planet which chids like looks proved people wrong. Over the years games hav got better. games that were banned for no reason, and australia having no R rating system, Some games Are so bad the Developers stop making copys like the 80s E.T which was so bad only quater of the copys made were bought till the word got about the total mess it was, games like lost: the video game, turning point fall of librity were hyped about and were a total crap, games like bioshock Dominated the charts with amazing Graphics, call of duty 4 having the most intense Sniper mission, fallout 3 being a massive open world games, Games that give you choice are usually the ones that come put on top, star wars the force unleashed Giving you the choice of being good or evil Just like fallout 3. While playing have you ever felt sad for the people in games, like the Poor little sisters or having to kill your best friend in Farcry 2, all theses change the experience to the games, PS3 and xbox 360 fighting over games, Xbox have more games because Bill games have bought most of the gaming deals, you think woulden't it be easier if there was just one console with all the games, wanting to play online with your friend accross the globe but theme having Xbox and you PS3 but same games. I just thought i would like to Tell you all my thoughts feel free to tell me yours :D Edited by Syphen, Nov 6 2009, 01:24 AM.

That may not be such a great idea though, as from a business standpoint could create a "monopoly" effect. |

The thing with only having one console is that there wouldn't be much innovation in video games. I've always stated "Competition creates creativity". As awesome as it would be to only buy one system to play games having more than one console manufacturer is actually good for the industry, because then they'll find ways to draw your business away from their competitors and then the competitors will find ways to emulate the success of that and expand on it, therefore creating more AAA titles to keep us hooked. |
