I disagree with GU as a great game as it gets stale pretty fast. For me good games include -Mario Franchise -Zelda Franchise -Metal Gear Solid Franchise -Resistance 1 and 2 -Beatles Rock Band/any RB or GH game -Halo 1 Bad Games Blah I can't think of any. |

I thought you liked Dark Sector? And no love for the Halo series? Bummer. I don't really like Halo 2 and 3, but the first Halo and Halo: ODST are both great single-player experiences in my opinion. And the Halo games are known for their solid multiplayer. Best games: Monkey Island series (I worship these games) Far Cry Far Cry: Instincts Doom 3 TCOR: Escape From Butcher Bay TCOR: Assault on Dark Athena Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (Currently my all-time favorite game) Splinter Cell 1-3 Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb Assassin's Creed 1 and 2 Prince of Persia (PS3) Killzone 2 Halo: Combat Evolved Halo: ODST Burnout Games Need for Speed 3: Hot Pursuit Ghostbusters (As a Ghostbusters fan, I was pleased with it) Super Mario 64 SNES Donkey Kong games (I'm not very good at them) Mario Kart 64 Donkey Kong 64 (I liked it at the time anyway) Mass Effect (Best RPG I've ever played, though I haven't played a lot) Dragon Age: Origins (Dated, but I think I liked it) Batman: Arkham Asylum Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Various other Call of Duty games Super Smash Bros. (N64) Age of Empires 2 Gears of War (Good single-player) Gears of War 2 (Hoard is a blast. Didn't like anything else about it) LittleBigPlanet (Haven't played as much as I should of it, but I like it so far) Shadow Complex That's all I can think of at the moment. Good: Batman: Arkham Asylum Uncharted: Drakes Fortune Uncharted 2 Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Left 4 Dead Left 4 Dead 2 Half Life Half Life 2 Team Fortress 2 Assassin's Creed Assassin's Creed 2 Company of Heroes Dawn of War Meh: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - The singleplayer is great, but multiplayer sucks ass Sacred 2 - would be better if it wasn't so bugged. Having Blind Guardian in it makes it awesome though. Bad: Turning Point S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl |

Yeah I don't really get why the multiplayer is so popular. The single player was awesome, but the multiplayer didn't impress me as much as I'd hoped. The Left 4 Dead games aren't that fun for me on my own, but playing it in co-op is a lot of fun. I've still only played the demo for the second one. Edited by crowmagnumman, Nov 27 2009, 12:39 AM.

The Condemned games are bad?....I can't agree with that one. What other game lets you beat the snot out of a homeless back alley crackhead with a rusty pipe? I'm not going to make a big list of good games....there are too many. What always seems to come to mind though when I think of great games are some of the series that I've enjoyed for years like Super Mario, Street Fighter, Castlevania and that sort of thing. The worst game I can think of off hand....maybe Spawn for the PS1. I remember it being so buggy I was constantly getting stuck in walls and objects. Not to mention everything else about it sucked. |

Best Original Mario Rayman Raving Rabbids (Wii) Super Mario bros. DS Godzilla: Destroy all monsters melee King of the monsters Zelda: Ocarina of time Pokemon Platinum Pokemon Pearl Pokemon, Battle Revolution Mario Kart 64 Godzilla domination Super Smash bros. Brawl Sonic Unleashed (probably the best 3D Sonic game yet) Sonic adventure DX directors cut Iffy Godzilla unleashed Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 (Wii) Bad Godzilla Unleashed Double smash Sonic and the secret rings Those are all the ones I can remember.
