Bear
A common bear -they can be white/brown/gray/black. It does not matter -some have stripes and others have horrid, mushroom-like growths that sprout from their coarse fur. Wolves generally hunt the beasts for their fur to make decorations or something to shield against the cold. The bears are always aggressive unless they are sick -and a sick bear is always contagious.

Unicorn and Bicorn
Hardly the noble steeds of Light. They are aggressive and move in herds -usually mixing out for protection. Their pelts are shimmering and their colors vary. Their horns are where the healing power lies at -as the equines use them to kill their prey, the blood soaks into the horns and that way the magic lies in the constructions made out of bone. Unicorns and bicorns are carnivorous and usually the most common cause of death in young wolves.

Leopard
Not the common cat -these leopards are bigger and meaner. Their teeth are sharp and always coated in venom that paralyzes the victim over a long period of time. Their skin is tough as treated leather and usually it takes magic to cause serious harm to these beasts. Luckily they rarely move in groups and tend to avoid loud individuals.

King Of the Sea
Resembling a Lionfish this underwater creature is adorned with stripes. It lives on the deepest trenches that the ocean has to offer, and if you manage to lure it out of its den pray for your life. The teeth are as sharp as shards of stars and its eyes see farther than the milkyway. There are legends passed around about these creatures, and jewelery made out of its scales are excellent for storing magical imprints.

Dinosaurs
There are all kind of dinosaurs walking among the planet's surface. Some are gentle, and some are downright vicious. Some are bigger than the trees and no lone wolf could fell them. There is a story how one pack managed to fell down one Tree-Eating-Sky-Reacher but it is a mere legend -who would be crazy enough to hunt down something so much bigger than themselves?

Crocodiles & Alligators
The waters are infested with beasts with sturdy scales. There are many kinds, and many sizes. Some have claimed to seen albinos and some insist that they have touched a melanistic individual. There have been cults for these beasts as their prowess is unmatchable in the waters; you may even find old, abandoned shrines for them around the more watery areas.

Water Ghost
No one knows what they are -they always differ to a wolf. They have webbed feet and they are adorned in white and black stripes. Some fly amongst the treetops and some are carrying whole islands on their backs. Perhaps they know of the beginning of the world, but so far no one has been able to communicate with the Ghosts. Everyone knows that they are there, but no one speaks of them.
Water Ghost might even tell you, that the meaning of life is number 42.

White
A massive eagle-like bird that is known to snatch up small deer and wolves. Their talons are wickedly sharp and some try to raid their nests in hopes of finding the said things; they make for excellent tools. The feathers are waterproof and there have been rumors of individuals that have managed to coat their dens with the massive feathers.

Arctic hare
These bunnies are always white. They do not change color and are very delicious little morsels of meat. Perhaps the most common prey the planet has to offer; they are quite defenseless. Their only way of survival is speed and the tunnels they make.

Forest King
A mix between moose and a deer. Hardly graceful but extremely aggressive. Its hooves have been known to kill smaller beings with one hit. The Forest King got its name when a young wolf challenged it to a fight -and they say that the plants rushed to help their King. The antlers are like massive oaks sprouting from its skull -always glowing with an inner light.

Fox
The most cunning being you will ever run across. They are not stupid and some are capable of even speech. For every hundred years the fox gains a tail -and thus grows their ability to handle magic. Some desperate souls have been known to strike deals with these cunning beasts, never truly getting what they desire. They are known tricksters but just sometimes they will help others just out of pure amusement.

Aiski
Being that usually crawls onwards, seemingly harmless. Massive talons decorate its feet and the being has glowing extremities sprouting from the oddest of places. There are small holes all over its body; sometimes there are little stones nestled within and sometimes just poisonous fumes. They are quite neutral and just drag themselves around the land -eating the plants that happen to cross their way. Beings that just are.

Mammoth
Huge wooly beast with giant tusks. There are odd runic markings running all over the white tusks, and they lit up with a fiery light when they are enraged. It is rare to find a lone Mammoth -one reason why wolves have never hunted these beasts. For a pack one Mammoth is doable -but add there ten and you have minced wolf for dinner. The most cunning individuals have been known to fell these beasts no matter the difficulties.

Eura
Basically a spotted deer. Its pelt is always dual toned and sometimes there are flowers sprouting where it steps. Oldest shamans claim that if an Eura does a Great Deed in their lives they will grow up to be a Forest Kings. They also say that if an Eura does a grave mistake -who can tell what that is -they will sink into the earth where they have been born from. Never follow a set of blooming hoof prints into the deepest forest as you might not never return.

Ruakko
Massive hare with dangerous feet. They are extremely fast and immune to all magic that could affect them internally. Good practice for youngsters to hunt as they cannot rely on magic alone -some frustrated parents have used these animals as an punishment -you are forgiven if you manage to bring a ruakko home.

Rki
Bird that you do not want to cross. They live near the coasts, hunting sharks and other massive water-dwellers. Their beaks glow in the night, attracting unfortunate animals near. It has two sets of wings and seven eyes and scales protect its underbelly. Their eggs are delicious and valuable and something that wolves make bets on. Funnily enough sometimes inside the eggs are things that do not belong there but who is to question magic?
