"Hear me, my peace-drunk brethren! You are being led astray by your weak and frail leader Queenchief Nuria. She colludes with the ponies to declaw you, to dull your fangs! Long ago the Kirin struck fear into any country touching the sea! We were rulers of bloodied coin and had respect! but now, now the ponies, the weak cowardly ponies try to take away your culture! They deny us our heritage! Join me! join me and I'll show you the true path to power! Through blood! Carnage and gold! I defeated your 'queen' in single battle... She has failed you and grown soft with her 'peace.' a lapdog for her Equestrian masters! It is time for the Kirin to return to the forefront, through fire and blood!"- The Warlord Ashwrath gave this recuitment speech in the kirin city of Aeros with a retinue of strange uniform looking kirin. Many are worried of the violence to come and are already petitioning Equestria to intervene.

Welcome to Multa Saecula. A set of worlds aside from just Equestria itself. Many generations ago, the plane that housed Equestria; Terra, created magical portals to other dimensions. These dimensions are Lux, a land rich with magic, yet constantly under threat from the same. And Tenebris, a dark plane where only the strong and willful survive.
These realms have existed together peacefully so far, commencing in trading, the sharing of culture, and immigration. Though their political views are much different than that of Terra, they find a way to coexist, sometimes reluctantly. Walk into this set of worlds and discover what adventure, romance, or tragedy, awaits you.

Geography
Canida is a boreal forest / tundra region in the northeast of Terra, located to the north of Cowrea and Ib'xian, and to the northeast of Prance. It is made up of four main cities, named Pawland, Quebark City, Vanchewver, and the capital, Ottapaw. The region is lined with dense mountainous terrain, located directly to the east, south, and west.
Due to this terrain, most of the cities are located within the boreal forests, overlooked by the canopies of the pine, spruce and larch trees. This means that there is less lighting from the sun in these cities compared to the coastal civilizations to the east, so the inhabitants have had to improvise or adapt to this change in order to survive in the harsh, cold environment.
Ecology
There is a large and varied amount of fauna living in Canida, mainly consisting of the snowshoe hare, as well as mice, voles, grouse, ptarmigan, red squirrel and carrion. The main predator of these creatures are the Lynx, but their number is very much controlled by the amount of fauna in the area. If there are less hares or mice, the amount of Lynx deplete in number simultaneously, achieving a sort of symbiotic relationship.
Apart from this, there have been spottings of much larger predators in the area. These sights are very infrequent, hinting to the fact that there may be only a dozen total in the entire region. Even so, regardless of the lack of information on these creatures, travelers should still be cautious when traveling through the forests, especially at night.
The Lynx
The Lynx are known in Terra for being a crafty race. In that they are not proficient in ordinary combat, but instead prefer the sport of hunting, and using means to achieve goals that may not be completely obvious at first glance. They are also extremely proficient in the art of medicine, producing cures and concoctions from the herbs and flowers in the forest and mountains to cure most ailments, as well as inflict new ones.
The Lynx's form is similar to that of a bobcat, except for the fact that they are much larger, a full-grown standing at the height of a adult Pony. The average Lynx has long ear tufts, which enhance its already superb hearing, as well as flared facial ruff and a short bobbed tail. They are stooped in appearance, as their front legs are shorter than their back legs, giving them better hiding and silent movement skills. The main characteristic of the Lynx is its paws, which are large and act as snowshoes to better traverse the snow.
