"Hear me, my peace-drunk brethren! You are being led astray by your weak and frail leader Queenchief Nuria. She colludes with the ponies to declaw you, to dull your fangs! Long ago the Kirin struck fear into any country touching the sea! We were rulers of bloodied coin and had respect! but now, now the ponies, the weak cowardly ponies try to take away your culture! They deny us our heritage! Join me! join me and I'll show you the true path to power! Through blood! Carnage and gold! I defeated your 'queen' in single battle... She has failed you and grown soft with her 'peace.' a lapdog for her Equestrian masters! It is time for the Kirin to return to the forefront, through fire and blood!"- The Warlord Ashwrath gave this recuitment speech in the kirin city of Aeros with a retinue of strange uniform looking kirin. Many are worried of the violence to come and are already petitioning Equestria to intervene.

| Welcome to Multa Saecula. A set of worlds aside from just Equestria itself. Many generations ago, the plane that housed Equestria; Terra, created magical portals to other dimensions. These dimensions are Lux, a land rich with magic, yet constantly under threat from the same. And Tenebris, a dark plane where only the strong and willful survive.
These realms have existed together peacefully so far, commencing in trading, the sharing of culture, and immigration. Though their political views are much different than that of Terra, they find a way to coexist, sometimes reluctantly. Walk into this set of worlds and discover what adventure, romance, or tragedy, awaits you.

Of all the races that exist in the terran plane, there are few less well known or enigmatic than the Rams. Fluffy beings of reason and calm, the Rams of Equestria have, as far as anyone can tell, always been around. They have never truly played into world politics, however, instead choosing to let the wider world fight its own wars whilst they enjoyed peace and harmony. It is this core tenant that unites the Rams, as well as their rather unique connection to an entity that they refer to as the Earth Mother.
The Mother is, according to the Rams, as being that resides within the terran plane itself, and one whom all Earth Magic is derived. Hence, drawing on Earth Magic draws on her, and any attempts to cast magic without offering your mana in exchange is seen as forcing the Mother to comply, rather than cooperating with her. This is not entirely accurate, however, as the Earth Mother is not some unknown entity, but unbeknownst to the Rams, or indeed, anyone else, is, in fact, Harmony itself. Therefore, the rams who commune with the Mother are in fact directly communicating with Harmony, though the messages it sends back are anything but straightforward.
Rams themselves are broken down into three distinct sub-species, and whilst those species share some similarities, they are each uniquely different. Plains Rams are the most plentiful of the three, though that is saying little. They are also the most open of the sub-species, openly trading with those that have earned their trust. Because of this, they do not have the same horns that the other species do, and their coats lie somewhere in the middle on the level of FLOOF. They also have the weakest connection to the Mother, as they do not have as much to commune.
Forest Rams are harder to find than Plains Rams, as they seclude themselves with the thick woods of Equestria and the surrounding lands. They have large horns, and thin coats, and share a much deeper connection to the Mother than the Plains Rams. They are difficult to find, and even more difficult to befriend.
They are nothing, however, compared to Mountain Rams. Mountain Rams are almost impossible to find for the reason that they were almost hunted to extinction by Griffons. If they still exist, they would be extremely wary of visitors. They have the thickest FLOOF, and share the closest connection with the Mother.
Ram society is divided tribes, within the sub-species, with each tribe having a Hearth-Keeper. Each Keeper bares the memories of all those who have gone before him, making the Hearth-Keepers a repository of knowledge, and the loss of one without his or her replacement makes it a great loss to Terra itself.
