You can't add both yes's together because this type of poll I could vote yes for both and count 2 votes. It's only fair to take the highest of the two. I want everyone to think carefully about this. I'm going to make another thread, with a more official poll. I will ban milk if that is what everyone wants, but make sure that it's really what you want. Remember that milk is a person too. If you're ever been in a position where people are talking about banning you, it is not a comfortable position. If you have any arguments that haven't been stated on this, this would be a good time to say them. If you want you opinion heard anonymously, you can send it to me and I'll make sure your message gets across on here. I'm not going to make the actual poll on whether or not to ban milk until everyone that wants to say something has had a chance to say it. Also, we might want to consider a temporary ban. Maybe for a week or a month, since this would be his first time. Don't jump to conclusions and what should be done, I really want everyone to think about what you're saying we should do. Right now start your judgments fresh because I have a feeling he's going to be very different from now on. From what I've seen, he's already shown drastic improvement. Posts: 2,905 Group: Members Member #16 Joined: January 21, 2008	haven't you seen him!! he keeps spamming every where and no one has done anything, the other time Holly banned him from the chat box because he started insulting me and jerry, and he got mad because I kept putting random symbols, when he tried to insult me. To me that deserves banning, jerry told me not to insult him really harsh, so I just use the minimun level of flaming I can do, if he continues to insult anyone in the forum I care about, he will answer to me, I don't care if you gusy don't do anything against him, but I will. I feel its not fair that you guys give him a second chance and he is throwing it, without any consequences.

Anything out side that section you report to Zikau and I, instead of returning the insult and spamming/flagging milk in other topics, which i don't need to remind you is against the rules.If you continue to do this you lose Zikau's support which in return is given to Milk and when that happens there is little I'm willing to do for your case. On top of that Zikau made it very clear she dosen't want you guys fighting, your are not to flag/insult milk, if he does such thing report it to me. Understood?
