It's about the increasing variety of Japanese food in SG. What's mentioned includes Kaiseki, Okinawan cuisine, robatayaki, Japanese pasta, curry udon and omurice. Rakeru Omurice at Bugis Junction foodcourt sounds interesting to me. I recall that the Plaza Singapura foodcourt Japanese stall also has omurice. |

i cant rem which one that article featured and im too lazy to dig it out hehe pig ears okinawan is quite crispy and provides a new dimension for the taste if u ask me ^^ and whippy u want me to summarize okinawan food now ah? something i guess most ppl find it hard to stomach is...sea snake soup. and u proli dun wanna know how they treat the sea snake before making it into soup. its kinda cruel and personally i've yet to try it but im ready to give it a go anytime! |
