You already have a plethora of options availabe to you when you first create your character. Your moves are not subject to the laws of the existing weapons, so customizability is at its best. However, after your character is created, you might feel that there's some stuff you could put into your character to make him better. That's what the Experience system is all about: upgrading your character without any special stipulations.

After battles, missions, and hunts, you are given a certain amoung of EXP. This can later be used at a special OOC vendor that can upgrade your character. What the ability is is totally up to you. The vendor will give the ability a certain amount of EXP points, in which you can spend that amount to get the ability.

Of course, if you plan on getting new abilities, you have to make sure that they are along the lines of the abilities you start off with. A mutant with fire powers can't gain control over the powers of water. You get the point right?

That's pretty much all of the information you need about this system.
