I've been trying to research about fatalities caused because of it, but you can't really tell what's the cause, because of the drones. Is there any independants out there who can verify this rumor?

It likes to hang around the mountains, near what used to be a mutant burial site, but it apparently can appear anywhere. One of the survivors I've talked to said it looked like a man wrapped in yellow rags.
