Alpha Telepathy Stephan opens a mental link with an ally, allowing the two to converse indirectly. This link does not last for very long, and Stephan has a limited range in which he can do such. Type: Active Damage: n/a Gauge Usage: 0 Notes: Lasts for 2 turns; range: 40 feet in all directions The cost will be 2000 cel. However, if you gain more influence, I could give train you in this for free.
