Breeding is rather regulated, as overpopulation could lead to another environtmental disaster. Technology is leaps and bounds ahead of ancestors of old. While time machines and teleportation are still far-off dreams, hover cars and mighty supercomputers are common sights. Most people are simple civilians, serving the populace the best they can. Some work as salespeople in markets, others as real-estate builders. These people do not strive for the busy life of that of a government official or a Hunter. This makes up most of the population. Human government is a sketchier thing than one might think. There is no true unified government. It can mostly be considered a socialist republic: Representatives are chosen by the many, but the macroeconomy is heavily regulated by government officials. Rather than simply going to a Senate meeting once every week as was custom in the pre-Flood eras, government officials are kept extremely busy, making sure crime and poverty are kept to a minimum. Officials are often kept up 48 hours in a row. Tension-wise, humans are the most arrogant of species. They helped create all other species, minus the Drones, so they feel that they are owed. Often times, humans will take preferance over mutants and droids, a present-day parallel to racism. Governments try to keep peace with the other species, but are generally favored to their own side.

Doo Wop. Posts: 363 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: February 8, 2008	Modern-Day Prejudice Prejudice, ignorance, and -isms of many kinds still exist within every facet of human culture. The poor are scoffed at by the rich and working people, "pure-bloods", men and women still having true white, black, bronze, or other like traits, hold themselves superior to the mixed-trait populace, and even small "kingdoms" and hamlets populate satallite and main Arcs. The subject of racism is taboo in society. "Closet racists" are many, even among politicians. Some will refuse to aid or serve droids, mutants, or even other humans simply because of prejudice. In some cases, it is far worse than it was back in the 2000's. Even the Klu Klux Klan exists, though as a shadow society based nowhere in particular. Renegades actually tend to be the most tolerant of others, mostly because they spend their time in the presence of other races, even having to trust them when hunting in the Wilds.

Doo Wop. Posts: 363 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: February 8, 2008	Human Independents Hunters are the independents of the humans. Hunters are usually ex-soldiers or bounty hunters. They wear body suits that can do a variety of different things; from housing different armaments to giving humans near-mutant abilities. Body suits are extremely unique to the wearer, so for the most part, two body suits are not totally alike. To become a Hunter, one must go through much paperwork and preparation before being tested in Avaris. If one completes the test, they get their own custom body suit and the title of "Hunter"; fail, and they must wait a long while before they can test again. Body suits can be upgraded as time goes on. New armaments can be added to the body suit's arsenal and abilities can be enhanced. Cost is medium range for Hunters, as humans can learn how to use upgrades quickly, unlike droids, which must upgrade their own intelligence as they get upgrades. Body suits range from thin to heavy armor; there is no default suit.
