Block Town • • • Brief Island Description: Have you ever been to a town made of blocks? Well, nows your chance. Welcome to Block Town, the lego island. All the buildings in block town, and even the ground are created by some magical connecting colorful bricks. So come on through and try building something up. The people here love building and creating stuff, so don't hesitate to show your creative side around them! Something else interesting about the island are the divisions of age. Children tend to stay in Mega Block Village, where everything huge and safe, perfect for children to play around with; returning home to their parents at night. Teens get shipped out to live and chill in Kinetix Isle. Here they learn how to grow into adults, and also get their creative side to blow off some steam. As one reaches adulthood they move onto Lego Land, where all the jobs and things reside. Finally, once one retires and comes to senior age, it's time for Lincoln Logs. Quite possibly the world's best old folks resort. Laid back and calm. Locations: Block Fortress: A former marine installation notable for it's peculiar architectural makeup. Rather than a traditional stone bastion, it's composed of oddly shaped interlocking stone blocks. Sometimes passing marines will set up camp their, but it's less for strategic reasons than simply wanting a safe place to sleep on dry land. The Ruins: This is the oldest structure on the island. It has a similar, albeit more primitive construction than the Block Fortress. A new religion has taken to worshiping there. They have not yet garnered considerable attention from the locals. Their primary deity seems to be an anthropomorphized obelisk based on a fixture within the ruins. There are a lot of jagged edges that someone could easily cut them self on. For as long as the ruins have stood, though, it seems like maybe they should have gone dull. Site of the Kiln: The locals here have taken to renovating an ancient kiln to hopefully resume making clay blocks. Right now, it's just a massive hole in the ground that catches a lot of sunlight at the right time of day. The soil is a loose brown silt, and there are piles of rubble where ovens used to be. There are sometimes artifacts unearthed from these piles. |
