She bears a cute heart shaped face, with soft lips, a sweet button like nose and wide eyes that were once filled with hope. She has long blonde hair that she allows to flow freely, being otherwise unkempt as her spiky bangs cover her forehead.
While she appears just the same as most human girls, with a large bust and womanly hips, all of her skin is purely synthetic, and most of her body is cybernetic, with the exception of her heart and brain. Her arms are the most visibly different, as they were built with combat in mind, making the use of synthetic skin impractical. While they are slender like a woman's, they are equipped with highly destructive weaponry, making her far more than an ordinary girl. Her eyes are bright yellow, with black sclara, also being designed for combat use which would explain it's unusual pigmentation. Although Meera is mostly machine, she still has her reproductive organs completely intact, which she requested as she still sees a light at the end of this hellish tunnel she was forced to go through. Clothing: Although Meera is a cyborg, she still has her human emotions, which means she hates to appear scantly dressed even when most of her is robotic. Though, in fairness to her, with her synthetic skin, on the outside, she would appear just like any other normal girl, with the exception of her arms and legs of course. From the beginning, Meera never considered herself to be particularly girly, so her choice of attire reflects this pretty well.
Her normal outfit consists of a pair of blue jeans which cling her cybernetic legs, showing off their shape rather well. She wears brown knee high boots, but has been known to alternate between running shoes. Her upper body consists of just a plain white T-shirt that clings to her frame rather tightly, showing off her large bust as well as her cybernetic arms. She wll occasionally wear a blue hooded jacket just to help conceal them, but for the most part she prefers not to. Personality Headstrong, Loud and Brazen -- these are a few words to describe what sort of person Meera is, or was before she became this culmination of science and revenge. She was always the sort of person to act first and think later, a true go-getter with a clear goal in her mind that had driven her far in life. She was a born fighter, and nothing like the other girls she was often compared to, as she preferred to fight and brawl where others would pick flowers and dance.
She loved a good fight, but what's more, she loved to protect those that couldn't protect themselves, becoming something of a neighbourhood hero who would defend her folk from bad eggs, though with the sort of reputation she had, most white collar thugs knew better than to mess with her. Meera was always a fun loving person with a penchant for taking risks just because an idea seemed amusing at the time, something which has bitten her back on more than one occasion, but nothing that would teach her any better.
As much as she was a kind person, her thirst for battle was second to none, making her a true resident of Karate Island. This drive to fight had gotten so intense that she even took part in underground rings, proving herself against shady characters as well as taking part in bets, showing that in the end, her own morality wasn't completely black and white, as she was willing to do what she wanted just to ensure she would keep getting that warriors high.
She is a straight forward berserker, without much ingenuity going behind her tactics, as opposed to simply dodging and using feints. This inability to think strategically did ultimately lead to her undoing, as she was unable to foresee being captured and left to die. However, being the fighter she always was, she managed to spring back, though her mind is now warped with a blood-curdling enmity towards pirates, making her lash out at them without a seconds thought. With her rage seething, she may end up seeing nothing but red if she stumbles upon a pirate, going after them brutally and beating them to a bloody pulp, or even worse.
It was her fate at the hands of pirates that led her down the bounty hunting path, as it was the quickest way for her to eventually find the ones that took the things most precious to her. This drive to find her assailants is pretty much machine like, and she will stop at nothing to find and butcher the men that turned her into this. She had become an arbiter, doling out her own brand of justice in the best way she could, by pounding their faces in until it became mush.
History
Fists dyed red Meera grew up in a quaint little house in the heart of Karate Island, being the only child of a karate nut and a seemingly normal woman in comparison. She was raised with love and care, and while they both agreed that she should grow up to pursue her own dreams, her own dreams happened to involve hitting things a lot. With something to bond over, her father and her shared a special relationship, where he would instil everything he knew into her daughter, knowing that she would make him proud one day by taking over his dojo once she came of age.
She was very talented at what she did, and her succession was all but assured, however Meera was hot blooded and thirsted for worthy rivals, so much so that beating the other members of her dojo did nothing to alleviate her tension -- hell, not even stopping the local thugs every now and then did the trick. It was late into her teens that she stumbled upon a darker side to her town, a side which is all but abhorred by everyone else. Illegal fighting rings where you would bet money -- it was something an honourable warrior should have detested, however to her, it was a chance to meet and defeat truly powerful warriors.
The air in this underground arena was far different from what she was used to, as the competitors were forced to fight in a cage while the shady audience screamed for them to kill each other...it was so raw, and it was exactly what she was looking for. With no inhibitors, and no one to stop her, she fought to her hearts content, making her mark after she savagely beat her first opponent. She would continue this winning streak, fighting flawlessly, earning money and making a name for herself, all the while feigning ignorance during the day time.
Things were pretty good, until things turned sour one night. It was to be expected, as one of the guys she ended up brutalizing was in fact a pirate, and after the match was over, she was ambushed and overwhelmed by the lot of them, being snatched away where no one could get to her. She was beaten, broken, mocked and scorned, but she didn't back down at all, laughing and sneering at every chance she got. It finally came to the point where they got bored of knocking her around, and thought to teach her a lesson he would never forget.
First, they took her arms, hacking them off while she squirmed. Then, while the pain was still fresh and her mind was all but broken, they cut off her legs. They took turns cutting and carving her, until there barely anything of her that was left whole. The last thing she could recall before fading into oblivion was the crude sound of their laughter, as they left her for dead. When she awoke, the woman clawed and screamed, convulsing against a table which she was strapped too, being utterly confused.
She was only stopped by the appearance of a strange man in a lab coat, covered in blood which she later learned was hers. After being calmed down, the doctor explained what had happened, prompting her to direct her gaze downwards, where she bore witness to the thing she had become. The woman screamed yet again at the realization, writhing in pain as she had to accept that she wasn't herself anymore.
It turned out that she was found dying by the doctor, and in a quirk of fate, he decided to use her mangled corpse in an experiment, without really caring for her and what she was. He never believed his experiment would result in such a success, so it was perhaps his own elation that led him to be so amiable with the renewed girl. Either way, she knew he wasn't a good person, but still, she owed him a debt. The doctor was utterly fascinated by her though, as what started as a fleeting interest quickly grew into an obsession, with her being his poster child and main guinea pig, with the promise that if she let him do that, he'll eventually let her go so she could do what she wanted.
Meera bore through with it, learning to trust him little by little, and all the while harbouring a seething hatred for the men that forced this on her, something which mutated into an insatiable blood lust towards all pirates. After a long time spent tinkering and toying, the doctor let her go, being satisfied that she would go out and cause havoc in his name, as that was his reasoning for wanting to create a monster in the first place.
Cybernetics & Weaponry
Arms Black Arms of the Arbiter: Highly polished and slender, these arms are graceful and are similar looking to an ordinary woman's, however they are jet black and made of onyx-steel, a higher quality variant that gives it that black sheen. The arms are fully functional, with specialized joints allowing for full movement and finger dexterity, while also being sturdy enough to provide extra blunt force when punching, generally being far more powerful than a humans fist. What sets these arms apart are the varying levels of devastation she can bring about just through punching, as her knuckles are also thinly plated triggers that once pressed, serves to release a powerful explosive shock wave in an outward manner, essentially granting Meera 'exploding fists'. The power of the shock waves are solely dependant on the amount of force exerted, as they use a similar technology to reject dials to bring about this power. In addition, the arms have built in shock absorbers to handle the strain, while relying on it's raw durability to handle the bulk of the explosion.
Her arms can also be fired from the elbows, shooting towards a target at great speed while staying attached to her body with a sturdy piece of wire, allowing her to use her arms as a make-shift grappling hook.
Head Head Unit: Meera sustained horrific injuries to her skull, meaning that it had to be reinforced with onyx-steel, making her skull now more durable than normal. While she retains most ordinary functions such as speech, articulate mouth movement, hearing and smell, her eyes are on another level entirely. She has natural 20/20 vision in her normal mode however she can readily zoom in for up to 500 Meters, allowing her to accurately pinpoint a target from a fair distance away. Her eyes are also equipped with heat vision, night vision and x-ray vision, making her eyes second to none.

Cyborg Traits 6/6 Perfect Arms (2 Trait) - Each arm may conceal one weapon, either a gun or extendable melee weapon of some sort. Cybernetic arms increase strength by +5.
Legs (1 Trait) - Mechanical legs grant a +5 bonus to speed and allow the user to jump much higher and further than usual. Additionally, it is possible to run for great stretches without becoming exhausted. Small bladed retractable weapons may be concealed in the foot. Weak points: Ankles, Knees, Hips.
Torso (1 Trait) - This cybernetic enhancement is primarily protective. It prevents most of the major organs from being damaged, while at the same time providing overall enhanced endurance and durability. Additionally, the torso may contain a small compartment where additional fuel, ammunition, equipment, or other items may be stored. A Cybernetic torso increase stamina by +5. Weak points: Spine, between Ribs. Fuel source is drinking water.
Perfect Head (2 Trait) - A cybernetic head's primary functions are protecting the brain and enhancing the senses. Beyond this, those with Cybernetic heads may hear sounds much too quiet or distant for normal humans, and may see further and in lower light than normally possible. A Cybernetic head increase accuracy by +5.
Stat Boosters 10/10 Eternally Godly (5 Traits) - For every 3 points put into strength (up to a maximum of 75), the score increases by an additional 2. No more traits can be put into this trait. Cap raised one time.
