Physical Description Obito is short, with turquoise eyes and short, spiked, white hair, which tends to draw attention when not wearing his famous black hat. His height tends to give him the appearance of a child from some distance which causes him great irritation.
Clothing: He now wears a white double-breasted trench coat with black lapels that is fastened by four buttons on either side and which has a badge with a six-pointed cross on its left breast. He has a black belt with a large buckle around his waist, slightly baggy white pants, and white boots with furry black liners. He retains the thin chain holding his katana's sheath around his upper torso.
Accessories: Carries two sheaths, one for Hyorinmaru and One for Phantom. they lie horizontally across his back most of the time.

Personality
Arrogant, confident, hyperactive though less than he was in his younger days. He is like your basic preteen despite being in his late 20's. He often doesn't apply himself unless it's a dire situation. He will usually let Jinra handle a situation way past the point where a normal person would intervene. He comes off as a bad guy at first but if you give him a chance you see he's just a kid who grew up to fast. He also carries a deep sense of loyalty that transcends all bounds. Despite his immaturity he can be insightful and proper at times, displaying some measure of maturity. He can be unpleasant and aggressive when the situation calls for it though and he seems to value others lives over his own. He is the kind of person who can be your best friend even though you almost never talk. He is perceptive and can formulate well thought out plans and discern true intentions of liars very well. He likes gaining strength, rice cakes, training, showing off, and Strong opponents. Obito has a positive outlook on life and though he may not enjoy something he rarely finds something he hates. He lives his life based on the golden rule and therefore she dislikes people who don't treat him well or treat others well

Description: In order for the wielder of Hyorinmaru to use this technique the kanta must feel a close bond with the user. This bond is expressed through pulses the sword emits that only the wielder can feel. When Hyorinmaru strongly feels the it's masters Pride for something it will emit one of these pulses and the user will be able to preform this technique.
Shoots ice from his sword that can freeze or become a weapon for offense itself. The ice is strong but a Blade made of steel or stronger can break it.

Daiguren Hyorinmaru - Rank [80]

Description: Obito's most powerful technique to date. However it takes lots of preparation and skill to successfully perform so he will usually set up for it throughout the course of a fight and use this as a finishing move. This move is done by getting into the air, either by using soru or some other manner. Then he will use his sword to create a ring of ice in the air along with a base to hold it up. He will then bring the opponent into the sky or allow them to follow him there. He will then grab the opponent in a bear hug and plummet toward the ground below. During the decent he will begin to spin, making it look as if a missile were coming down from the heavens. The speed and force of the fall cause a vacuum which implodes the ice ring in the sky. The ice will trail them like the tail of a comet. Finally Obito will use tekkai to allow himself to survive the attack. The force of the impact is enough to kill the oponent but if it is not the falling ice will. This move is a double edged sword as Obito can still sustain damage from the move even while using tekkai.

With this command Obito has released Hyorinmaru's true form and power causing it to become a different blade entirely.
