After ages of walking he finally brought her to his place, with there, he opened the door and went inside the house. "Ahh.. I'm so dead for skipping class, but it's worth the shot." he muttered, then looked back to where Minerva was and waited for her to enter. "Well err... The backyard is over there, this is my living room." he gave her a little fun fact about this house before they proceed to where the backyard is, "Oh and be careful, this house automatically drains the strangers' mana, my old man Sage told me that before he died, but I don't think the mana draining magic works anymore." he said so calmly but still coated in nervousness, he pointed out to where she can put her belongings as well as where the door to the backyard is located.

Minerva was awed by the interior of his home as she set foot on the sturdy wooden floor which creaked as she weighed down on it. The house looked plain and ordinary on the outside, a faint aura emanating from the building which didn't pose to be much of a danger. The inside, however, was what took her breath away. There were books, presumably about magic and spells, lined up neatly in shelves which towered above her as she browsed through the spines briefly. The stained glass windows illuminated the rays of the sunlight, causing it to cast dappled and colorful patterns on the ground. To Minerva, it was a book haven for magicians like her - reading was her forte, and that was how she upped her knowledge of magic.

At the mention of the strange mana-draining technique, however, Minerva immediately brought her guard back up again. "A mana-draining spell against visitors? Why ever would he place that kind of spell in here?" She inquired warily, thinking that it was strange that the sage would even do such a thing in the first place. It wasn't exactly wise of him, seeing how it would've attracted other magi to the place. Nonetheless, it can be extremely threatening for a magus to remain within the area for a long time.

He crouched down and placed both his ears and palm on the floor as he attempts to locate the vibrating energies that the mana draining spell, for a newbie magus such as Kenji, it's pretty difficult to locate the source of the mana draining energy despite how long he had live in this place that was given to him by the old Sage that raised him since his birth. When Kenji manages to locate where the source of vibrating energy was, a small light-bluish glowing ball emits on the floor, Kenji approached it and shuts down the mana draining effect allowing both of them to worry less as magi. "Phew, good thing the trick that the old pops taught me never fails..." he said and escorted Minerva to the backyard, it was a large backyard under a great sunny day, perhaps a great opportunity to train regardless of how peaceful and quiet the environment was.

It was strange how Kenji didn't answer her question right away, instead being escorted into the backyard without anything else said. "I can't tell whether I can seriously trust this boy... He's rather incompetent yet respectful, but definitely shady." Minerva couldn't help but bite her lower lip with uncertainty as the reluctant thought surfaced in her mind, beginning to question her reason for helping him with his education.

Out in the grassy terrain, the wind brushed past ever so frequently, as if luring the grass and other plants with their songs of silence and occasional whistles. The fields rolled endlessly way beyond the horizon, an eye-catching background of the faint silhouettes of forests and hills in the distance, covering themselves in the mist as if it were a blanket. While the scenery was magnificent and captivating, the elf decided not to indulge herself in bothering about the obvious distraction and pressed on with her question. "Sir Kenji... You did not answer my previous question," She began uneasily, but did her best to remain steadfast. "Why would the previous owner of the house put a mana-draining device in place?"

"Oh crap!" he was so busy trying to disable the mana depleting orb that was hidden in his house he ignored the maiden's question, it has becoming so awkward between the two of them because of his simple error that he committed. "Oh- Err.. About that... " he shyly exhaled some breathe out in order to calm himself down, the young boy managed to spit the answers out from his lip that the maiden desires, "Uhmmm, the old pops told me that he wants to protect the secrets that lies within this house, and I think I'm not doing the job right because every night; rogue bandits, assassins are trying to infiltrate this base..." come to think of it... Kenji realised that the mana draining orb did not disrupt Minerva's mana pool, maybe she is really powerful and Kenji does acknowledged that, hence, the request to be taught in his home. "I really can't tell where the hidden secrets that the old pops keep telling me, maybe I'm not a proper magus to reach that potential yet... And plus-" he points his finger inside where bookshelves can be seen through the window outside and it is covered by a strange and yet ominous barrier, "I tried touching the bookshelves but they seem to push anyone who tries to touch it." Kenji said with a sad expression on his face.

Now, to get things started, Kenji walked in the middle of the backyard to do some routines as a magus which proves quite... Unorthodox in that matter. He crouched down and felt the grass swaying on his fingers, Kenji told Minerva to watch him attempt to summon a weapon like he did which did not shown to be quite successful. He pressed his palm on the dirt and tried to concentrate while exceeding high amounts of magical energy, for an ordinary magus such as himself, his mana pool is quite immense, so immense it can reach the levels of a powerful god. The concentrated energy that revolves around Kenji started to calm and all of the sudden, a vibrating sound starts to emit around Kenji as he released a magical chant...

"Origin... Traced...!"

The vibrating sounds has begun to become insanely loud, winds are slightly becoming massive and for a brief second... It all stopped. Kenji stood up and holding a dagger on his hand but a few seconds it suddenly heating up causing Kenji to drop the blade, showing an indication of another failed attempt to create a proper weapon without heating up forever... "Dammit, another fail again..." Kenji sighed then looks at Minerva back, "Old pops told me to do this routine everytime, and not miss a day." the young boy smiled sheepishly and scratches his head as a sign of a clumsy wizard.

Secrets within the house? A bookshelf that refuses readers at first touch? Though ridiculous as it may seem, there was something that was clearly off about the previous owner about the house, as well as Kenji. Yet, the maiden decided to stay on the fence. "Minerva, don't be a fool... You've only just met this boy, and already you find him suspicious," She reprimanded herself silently, rubbing her temple in annoyance. "Give him more time. Surely he isn't too bad a Mage."

Once her little thought parade was over, she observed how Kenji had summoned a similar weapon from earlier on, with the same degree of heat radiating from that very weapon, which disintegrated into tiny particles. A repetition of his clumsy act. "Well, he wasn't wrong to tell you to do that. All you need is a little more practice to maintain the weapon's structure so you can hold it," She conveyed her feedback in a matter-of-fact tone, taking a step forward towards the circle of grass. "Try to concentrate the heat within the dagger, not as if it were not there completely, but rather it's the core of the dagger."

Kenji took the advice that Minerva gave him. However, placing all the heat within the blade's core would be a cheeky trick but it's worth a shot for him to be able to wield the sword without having troublesome inconvenience, he concentrates again and placing his opened hand on ground facing an empty air, leaving a good space for the sword to be summoned. He exhaled out once more then closing his eyes to concentrate further, he then starts with his usual magic chant to summon the blade again...

"Origin... Traced...!"

During the middle of the chanting he tried to visualize a different kind of weapon through his imagination, a broadsword in that case just for the sake of it, he gets tired of using the same type of weapon anyway, it wouldn't hurt to use a new one. "Modifying weapon structure, lessening heat source... Check." after the magical incantation that he whispered, he barely summoned the broadsword that now he holds on his hands. Kenji stood up to show Minerva his broadsword that he summoned, "I... I think I got it, I took the advise that you said but--" he immediately dropped the sword down because of the insane amount of heat that bursts through the said broadsword, the weapon immediately vanished in thin air leaving a swarm of golden particles that floats aimlessly around them.

"Oww! D-Dammit..!" he rubbed his burned palm caused by the weapon he summoned, "I d-don't think placing any heat in those weapons is a good idea..." Kenji said while crouching down because of the pain that he felt from the burning heat.

This boy was indeed a peculiar individual. "I believe your mind isn't focusing clearly since you're trying to materialize a weapon, but at the same time, channel heat," Minerva stated logically, gesturing with a hand. "First, concentrate on summoning the weapon itself." Once she was done explaining, she held a hand out, with palm upwards and tendrils of white began to shoot right out, forming a long string of ribbon. "Like so."

A weapon... It was the only thing portraying in his mind... A weapon but what if he had two weapons at the same time? He never thought of dual wielding weapons, but at the same time these weapons contain immense power that a god can wield. He thought thoroughly as Kenji tries to concentrate his inner mind to visualize two weapons... But something's quite different as he was visualizing weapons in his imagination, something that looks like a key? A white sword with a shape of a key and the other one is coloured in black. "I need a weapon..." he closed his eyes to commence with the incantation spell for his summoning of weapons after visualizing what they looked like while keeping the word "weapon" in his head intact.

"Origin... Trac--" when too much concentration occurred, a bit of strange energy interrupts Kenji from his weapon summoning but he disregarded this one and continues to summon the blades. "Origin... Traced...!" shouting the incantations with all his strength through his heart, he raised both of his hands while visualizing two "keyblades, white and black" then extremely powerful energies began swarming all over Kenji's body and especially his arms since those are the concentrated parts of his summoning, he was shouting in pain because of his first time going through different measures.

But despite that, it was a successful summon... Two keyblades materialized on both of his hands as he barely stands his ground, he was panting but still managed to make his first projection so flawless. "I think... I think I did it..!" while panting, he looked at his two brand new weapons.
