Polls and Changes
Changes to Celsus should always be driven in game, by player actions. However, some changes cannot be done in character. Use this forum to suggest ideas for changes to a spell, feat, encounter, etc.. After ample discussion, Staff members will make official polls for the player base to sway the outcome.
