Trump saying that Clinton 'was over the line with personal stuff' on the Miss Universe quotes and will attack her wth Bill's affairs at next debate. Talk about a recipe for a losing strategy....... 1. Reinforces his thin skinnedness. 2. He has bragged about his affairs while being married in his biographies......media will eat that up. 3. All he had to do in the first debate was 'look' the presidential part and he would have won....he failed. This would make him look even worse. 4. Will be attacking someone who wasn't guilty of infidelity -- rather someone who was cheated on. 5. If he does it, has now basically telephoned Hillary to let her know to come up with a prepared statement on it in the debate. Her team will. One thing they have figured out that Donnie hasn't is that getting ready for the debate matters. |

I agree, except for 4. Hillary helped attack Bill's accusers, and she has some vulnerability there. And Bill is still "dicking bimbos" according to Colin Powell, as per the local police. |

Keep in mind that Trump bragged in his autobiography about cheating on his former wife when he was married to her. The line of attack portrays her as an angry victim, compared to him being a bragging cheater. It is an incredibly stupid line of attack politically. |

They don't move the needle one bit. Pence basically decided that looking good for the night was better than making Trump look good. It was funny how he continually denied things that everyone know she has said. He also refused to defend those statements. This was about Pence running in 2020 and not so much about Trump 2016. |

I never expected Kaine to be so incompetent and angry. He actually makes Hillary look likeable. |

LOL. i never expected Pence to lie about so many things that Donald Trump has said. Pence won the night for himself but lost the week for Trump as fact checkers play the videos of Trump saying things thatPence denies he said. I don't blame Pence, though, for trying to salvage himself from the Trump train wreck. Edited by brumdog44, Oct 7 2016, 02:47 AM.

What's great is that pence won the debate by distancing himself from trump. Can't imagine that's ever happened. And what does that say about Trump's election chances? Yikes. |

A lot of the credit for Pence winning goes to Timmy's constant interruptions.....made him look very immature. Pence is a killer debater though....his whole career started in television as a news anchor, so cameras and audiences are a comfortable place for him and he rarely if ever loses composure. |

Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism. | |

I kept wondering why Hillary picked him. Maybe to help carry Virginia, or possibly he has made large contributions to the Clinton Crime Family Foundation? |

Better question is why did Pence accept Trump's VP offer. It's the stain that never washes off and comes with the addition of losing his governor's job and putting a very real chance of that landing in the democrat's laps. BTW, here is the saddest thing of all: Virginia has been a swing state. Indiana is red meat. The now cast has Trump with a 6% chance to win Virginia but Clinton an 11% chance to win Indiana. So Clinton is closer to winning Indiana despite it being a conservative state with a VP pick from it than Trump does of winning swing state Virginia with democratic VP pick. |
