Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Not sure it matters at this point as Hillary's lead is ballooning.
No kidding. Clinton had never been at 80% in the polls plus at any point in the campaign. She now is at 83.4%.
I can't tell if you guys are excited about this or not. It's hard to imagine someone getting pumped up for a Hillary presidency.
It's more reveling Trump's utter failure than it is excitement for Hillary.
Reveling in someone's failure......that's the spirit.
I know poor trump

Really makes me wonder how many non voters we'll have this election. I can't even see voting for the best of the worst with this lineup.

Um, go Cubs. :ermm:

What's your point? I doubt many here would argue Romney/Paul would have mopped the floor with Hillary

I think he was being facetious. The article seems to be pointing out the very minor controversies he was in. There were a couple of things that he did take heat for, but some things listed are 'making this face once' and 'momentarily not knowing how to use a scanner'.

The one about putting his Irish Setter's dog carrier on top of his car on a trip for 12 hours is one that I'm a little surprised didn't get more legs than it did (that would have been one that given how Clinton and Trump's additional issues would have been a big story as well), but other than that it's nothing that big. Remember when 'Binders of women' was trending on twitter? Oh, to have something that simple in this election would be great.

edit: after reading your comment, I do see that you understood the article was pointing out how minor his controversies were.

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

Absolutely minor things and not even noteworthy compared to what trump does daily. It's also stupid to point out though. Both sides will do anything to try and make the other candidate less appealing, and will find any fault no matter how minor and try to exploit it. Remember the Kerry swift boat thing? Anyone give a fuck about that compared to what you can come at Hillary about?

Are you seriously saying that it didn't happen? I only need to "prove it" if it's being refuted. I can guarantee that Brum and Lars recall it also.

I made fun the statement within a minute of being made in a the debate. It was a really funny, strange choice of words. I know we talked about it. I don't know what qualifies as a 'big deal' and I don't the amount of actual debate on it. I know that there was quite a bit of ridicule about the word choice.

Here is what a search of the term 'binders' showed. I don't really see anyone making a big deal of it. Mentioned in two threads -- the debate thread #2 where it was just people making fun of the term and brought up in a women in the workforce thread that was just a few posts long and not seeing anything that is a big deal.

It was brought up 9 times...7 of which were by brum. It was a big enough deal for brum to latch onto it and post 7 times about it.
