Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Swanigan with another double-double.

Purdue now up 5 with 2:15 left, OSU with 2 free throws coming up.

In real time, I thought Purdue had gotten the shot up in time on their last basket (ended up being a put back basket). Replay shows they didn't. Good break for Purdue.

Now down to 1 with 1:32.

We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

Long review of an inadvertant elbow from Mathias. Ruling correct of nothing flagrant, but it gave OSU a LONG timeout.

Horribly unfortunate break Purdue. Good stop on LOving, ball just lands in Trevor Thompson's hands, now has an and one to take the lead.

Gotta complete the play and grab the rebound. They took them out of everything they wanted to do.

Have to see the replay, but I think Loving's selfishness paid off....think he was trying to get a shot up when Thompson was wide open underneath, which allowed enough time for a Purdue player to get over in time to commit a foul on the shot.

Swanigan DRILLED after Trevor Thompson throws up a brick. Two free throws upcoming with 5.3 seconds left for the lead. Make them and avoid a run out and Purdue gets a well deserved road win.

I think they called it on the floor.

Two shots. Made it academic by hitting the first. Missed shot at the buzzer by OSU, good win for PUrdue.

Hope they called it on the shot because nobody moved on that first FT.

The miss may have helped. They just dribbled up and threw up a long contested shot. Think they could have called a TO at half court and got something better

Yeah, one guy moving it up (and not really even that quickly, nobody setting a screen for him. Really not much movement from anyone.
