Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Yeah, Agreed on Haarms. And gravity is not kind on this end of the court.

The end of this game is going to suck. They seem to be getting all the bounces and just seem like they are going to make every play. Need someone to hit a shot desperately.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

And of course Mathias cuts his face open.

The reason Haas gets called for a lot of fouls is he's so strong that his pushes are just stronger than other guys.

Damn....gotta get out there on Simpson. He's got a funky delivery and if you get a hand in his face he's a much, much worse shooter.

You gotta live with Zavier Simpson 3s.

Purdue has to rebound missed FTs and make layups and FTs on the other end. Purdue has sort of self destructed in that regard today.

Its been exciting if you're a casual fan or a Michigan fan.

Purdue has done about everything in its power to let them hang around and now they are making shots. Very frustrating.

Sorry to post so much this late in your game thread....I just checked the stat line for Mathias. 5/9 from the field and 4/7 from three....how many shots has he gotten up this half? I think all five field goals came in the first half, didn't they?

I'd look for them to get him a look here or at least get the ball and let him drive and dish.

Yeah, it's one of those games that if they lose they'll probably kick themselves......IMO, they've outplayed them even if they haven't outscored them.

Edwards coming alive....

They've let both teams play physical off the ball. Its hard to get guys open on pin downs and screens right now because the defender is just kind of staying attached and fighting through the screen.

Purdue always passes the ball to the wing to initiate offense, and its been a bear to get that started today. A lot of uncomfortable passes and a lot of catches out to 27-30 feet.
