Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Oh my.....Haarms can't shoot that one.
Shot clock was way down, and he's supposedly a decent shooter. Just a good defense possession by Michigan.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

They're going to toss in a garbage shot here. I just know it. Probably MAAR.

That might be Purdue ball.

They might overturn this....not sure.

Regardless, I abhor the instant replay on this. Any review that takes this long is ridiculous.

The Michigan fan version of me just said "well of course, now they're going to throw in a garbage shot. Probably Carsen Edwards"

Looks like Purdue ball. Still freaking hate the reviews. Those kind of things happen for 38 minutes of the game and there isn't a review.

Anyway, think they'll try to get it in Carson's hands going to the hoop.

I hope Purdue wins it, if for no other reason than I really should be in bed right now but know I'll stay up if it goes OT.

Trail play like the Wat Shot?

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

The foul along the baseline -- not the foul by Wagner on Haas -- was really the key there. Fouling with 4.8 seconds left does nothing bring about the possibility of putting them at the line to win it if you foul after that.....4.8 seconds is enough time to get a decent look.

Agreed. Like they said though, Carsen was about to turn the corner.

I'm sure a lot of Michigan fans think that wasn't a foul on Wagner. I still can't get over basically letting them run the ball up to twenty five feet out in 1.3 seconds and fouling. Hell, harass them in the backcourt and foul them there if you are going to commit the foul. Just an absolutely bad job there.....forget what happened after 4.8.
