Let me have 'em. I think both teams come out flat after playing very well offensively in their last game. Kramer/Grant shut down their guards who killed MSU, and we win going away in the second half. I think its Martin and Johnson's turn to contribute big time tonight. Purdue-62 PSU- 53 Martin-15 pts Johnson- 10 pts, 7 reb, 3 blocks |

“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves." "I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

I'm going to be a bit more optimistic: Purdue 73-60. It would be great to see Johnson and Martin contribute, and I also want the E-train to have another big night. |

I think Moore will quietly and methodically get his 10-12. He just isn't going to go get you 20 every game, thats not his game or Purdue's offense. Even in his run against UI, he made a nice pass inside, and was always just looking to attack, not necessarily score (until the 25 ft three then it was all him, he got what I like to call the David Teague look of I'm shooting no matter where I get the ball). UI just kept giving him that little runner in the lane, if teams read that and come up, he can find Johnson/Calasan/Martin for easy buckets. I think next season Moore leads the team in scoring and assists. |

I had a tramatic Teague flash-back when Grant went 1-9 last game. I used to dog Teague, but I had to admit he came through with some monster games. We've got enough weapons that I don't want to see any more 1-9 performances. I understand that when a good player is 1-4 you don't want them to stop shooting that night, so an occasional 1-9 might occur. |

Its called the David Teague Look. Certain players get it more than most, Grant and Calasan the most on this years team. Watch our offense, tonight. We will be in our motion and then when you can tell the ball is going to be swung to one of the aforementioned players, I know, that no matter what happens they are going to shoot the ball. Teague did that more than any player I have seen at Purdue. So that my friend, is the David Teague Look. They just look like they are going to shoot it when it touches their hand, and Keaton Grant has done it many times. Its nice when he is hitting, but frustrating as all get out when he isn't. |

I'll take Purdue 70-51. MSU was Penn State's last hurrah, the ship starts sinking now. |
