Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I haven't anything about that movie. I'll have to go look some stuff up. I'm assuming its about basketball, so I'm sure I'll love it. He is a great writer, I've been meaning to get the books that he has wrote, but with school and work I hardly find time to do a whole lot.

nah man it's about the early days of football, it's got clooney, john krasinski (the office) and renee zellweger in it.

krasinski plays a whiz qb that clooney talks into coming and playing for the team and zellweger is a reporter or something. there are previews for it on tv already.
reilly and some other guy wrote it a long time ago and reilly's agent just recently got it to clooney's people and the asked reilly if they could make it and he was like uhh, yeah!

man did you ever read his column about ben roethlisberger selling his soul to the devil...if you haven't i need to get that for you. but like you said all of his shit is just outstanding.

I remember that article, it was great. He wrote really good pieces. Makes me want to get ESPN the Magazine.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

You guys also notice that Digger ALWAYS picks the home team where ever College Gameday is? <_< Jay and Hubert both picked Tennessee to win last weekend, but Phelps went with Memphis because he didn't want the fans to boo him. He needs to grow some balls.

Reminds me of Corso. Has he ever not picked the home team, and put on their mascot's head?

Remember when they were at Purdue on '04? In all of the shows leading up to Saturday, he was picking UW to win, and then out of nowhere, in front of us all, he picks Purdue. It was cool because everybody went nuts, but he is a tool in that regard. He doesn't really go out on a limb much either and kind of keeps to himself so he doesn't annoy me a whole lot. He knows he is there to be goofy and plays the role well.
