...that the Minny/PU game tonight wasn't picked up at the last minute by espn/espn360. i'd think that with how the b10 championship race is turning out to be this year that the nationals would want to televise as many of these games as possible. br |

Fuckin' Big Ten Network. Looks like another night of drinking more than needed at a bar. Enter UB's "Nobody cares about Turdue" comment here. |

“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves." "I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

Like clockwork. Thanks for being as predictable as usual. |

Actually, I would say at this point that "Nobody cares about Minny" They had some hype at the beginning of conference play because of Tubby and their nice record turnaround. People thought they might be contenders, but it didn't take long to expose their true colors. |

If the BTN ever expects to to get what they want, they have to keep the big games on the BTN. Otherwise, nobody will care about it because the games that really matter will just get moved to ESPN. Thats what I didn't understand about the NFL moving the Pats-Giants game to NBC. If the NFL Network is ever going to become relevant, they have to put those kind of games on there to make people want to go out and get it. I don't quite understand the reasoning behind that. |

Hoosier Daddy?!

Why the hell is the Kansas/Iowa St. game on ESPN tonight? This matchup was televised earlier in the season when they played in Lawrence. And just like I predicted, it was a complete ass whooping. I don't mind KU getting so much nationally televised attention, but who wants to see them beat the holy hell out of one of the bottom feeders in the Big 12......again? :pissed: |

Yeah seriously. How did Minny pull that off anyway? Maybe we can get our own television series next year with a new coach... :D |

I guess ESPN thinks the people do. I think the ESPN focuses sometimes more on big teams instead of big games. Purdue vs. Minny is a big game for the conference. |
