Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

If anybody wants to add me on PSN my gamer tag is stankypenguin
I'll add ya in a bit, Timmy, as soon as I can get my hands on the PS3.

My 13 year old is neck deep in MW3. Shredding like mad man.
Haha that's fine. All I play is Madden and Fifa pretty much.

I've got a 360 but rarely play it. My online play is primarily baseball on the PS3. The Show is an incredible game, and the PS3, IMO, is a kick ass piece of hardware.

I've downloaded the PS3 Media Server on my PC, which is a small but simple program, download Hi Res movies, TV series, etc., from a couple of different websites (yep, I said it), put them in my public folder on the PC and watch them on the PS3.

But anyway, if anyone plays the PS3 online, and wants to hook up for some baseball, college hoops, whatever, my PS3 name is:

JoeRudi26.

Oh, and BTW, not sure if they charge for XBOX Live, I know they used to, but it's never costs a dime to play online with the PS3.
Never heard of the PS3 media server. Care to explain how it works?
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

Sure man, it's extremely simple. Just download the program (10-20 mb, maybe even smaller). After downloading, just open the program and it will look like this:

With the program open and the PS3 "ON", it will say "PS3 Contacted".

Anything that you want to view, pictures, movies, music, must be in your Public Folder on your PC.

Network > Your Name - PC > Public Folder

After you have what you want to see, listen to, in your Public Folder, you can then turn on the PS3 and find the PS3 Media Server. Open that, and then scroll to the appropriate icon on your PS3. For example, if you want to listen to your music (remember it must be in your public folder), you scroll to the music icon on your PS3, it will then show the folders from your PC. Navigate to your Public Folder on your PS3, find the music folder, and play your songs. Same process for movies; find the video icon, and for pics, find the pics icon.

Very simple and very cool. If anyone needs anymore help, just let me know.

If you don't have Show Time, Netflix, or just plain want to watch about any movie you want, most in Hi Def, just shoot me a PM.

Alright. I'll probably end up getting MW3, mainly because the special op's missions you can do with a friend split-screen. (Can you do that online, multiplayer? Like Spec. Op's mode. Or any campaign with an online friend?)

You want to check out Battlefield 3 man. If you like driving vehicles, flying jets and choppers and raining hell with a 30 MM gatling gun, deffff. pick it up. Hell, I like getting in the Jeep like vehicles that are quick as shit and just go for splatter kills LMAO. It makes people sooo mad.

I just love that game because it's VERY realistic and in depth. The more you play, the better your load-outs/options get. I personally love the Engineer class simply for the fact it comes with an explosive (RPG of some sort) and you can repair any damaged vehicle with your blow-torch. Each class has its perks. I just like how well you cam play TEAMWORK with this game, as you need people in other classes to be victorious.

I need a new sports game too damn it. I seriously haven't bought a game in almost 2 years haha. I'm going to try to get a job this week so I can pick up a couple within the month.

Right now I'm just playing Halo 3

You can play spec ops online with other folks the same as MW2 except their a little tougher. We should all get together and play survivor, idk how many can be in one game im guessing only two

Me and my homie can't get past stage 26 right now, basically because he keeps fucking up. (The map with the air support outside of the house, one of the first 4). It's either stage 26 or 28, but there's 3 juggernauts, dogs with C4's, and ground troops/troops w/ C4. It's insane, but I honestly hold my own.

I do a nasty warzone of claymores and usually have some C4 on me. Shotgun as a secondary (Model for me) is a must. Predator strikes kill juggernauts the fastest.
