Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Gamestop sells a trial DVD of all of the 3 GW games for 1.99. Just in case any of you want to try it. :)

Haha, thanks. I'd make a joke, but I'll probably take advantage of that!

So if I were purchasing one of these games which one of the three would you suggest? Nightfall, Proph, or Factions?

If you are really interested, I would recommend you do some reading on Guild Wars Guru and IncGamers, especially the forums named Questions or Newcomer. There are pinned threads that discuss what the best game for starting is.

I would recommend Nightfall to start with myself, as you have access to some personal, customizable NPC's in that one.

Good Luck! :)

I bought Nightfall and am enjoying it. I am a lvl 8 Necromancer/Monk, although I still don't really feel like I have a real grasp on what I am doing lol. Name is Peekaboo Jones if you ever want to hit me up sometime.

Cool, BU86. I definitely will sometime, whenever I log on. Hopefully I will find you online. :)

PS! Level 8 already? Looks like you are getting into it too, just like every other person I know that try it.

I found some more information on Guild Wars 2. You can read about it here.
