Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

...says the woman on the board. ;)

Just kidding, actually, my wife watched the show some, but never really got into it that much so she wasn't really clamoring to go see it.

I don't think my wife has even watched an episode. I had no idea they did a movie.

If I had a GF/wife who asked me to go see that with her, I'd hand her $10 and tell her I'd pick her up when its over.

We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

You are so right, IU1. We hardly watch TV at all anymore. :)

Yeah, I think that is what my reaction would be.

No offense IU1fan, but there is no way anyone could get me to go see this movie.

Somebody would have to pay me at least $50 up front, plus price of admission, cost of snacks, and lost time for wages.

Otherwise, I'd rather put my hand on a hot stove repeatedly.

My fiance likes Sex and the City and might end up going, but it definitely won't be with me. If she really wants to see it, I might stomach renting it when it's on video. At least with rentals, I can have some drinks and distract myself on my laptop while we watch it.

I'm pretty open minded when it comes to movies, books, and so on. I don't usually judge anything until I've experienced it.

I've seen enough commericials (Sex In The City) to know this is one movie I'll never see.

My girlfriend hates that show so I'm in luck.

You guys are funny. There are some really graphic sex scenes in the movie though. I am glad I went with girlfriends and not my daughter, I would have been embarrassed.

Wait did you say grapic sex scenes? Time to get a baby sitter. The wife and I are going tonight.

Seriously though, I hope you didn't think I was ragging on you by my comments. I enjoy the occasional chick flick, but from what I have seen of the previews, and of the show, I just don't think I would enjoy it at all.
